If the app continuously says loading, download The Hobbit Live Wallpaper app. It will guarantee that this app will work. 5 ★ If it only shows Loading, you have to use it with The Hobbit Live Wallpaper app. Download this app and The Hobbit Live Wallpaper, then activate it through The Hobbit Live Wallpaper app. It worked for me, and i discovered it by accident. Hope this helps
