This version contains updates to the on-delivery experience. We built the experience with you in mind and redesigned key parts of the app with a focus on ease of use and reliability. This is the first of many updates we will be releasing over the coming weeks and months.

5 ★ It was great working for Postmates but of course ubereats is taking over completely on 6/7/21customers move to ubereats. It was easy to get on whenever I wanted and chose which order to accept. Had plenty of orders in my area-Austin. The money was good & easy. Sometimes glitches but that happens in all apps. Will miss it. The switch to ubereats is just clicking the link in postmates & following the process. Background 2 weeks or longer because of more drivers then can drive. Not bad so far.
1 ★ I have not started with postmates yet. I am still waiting for the app to complete the second step 2 of 2 but yet I have a email saying I can start delivering. I hate to tell them my back ground check has already been by another company I signed up with that goes through the same back ground check place. I am about to give up on both of the other company and this one.
4 ★ Everything is perfect except fot yhe support team they never respond when you click to contact them through phone even when the estimTed wait time is 1 minute. And it takes like 30 - 40 minutes of wait time for a response through text when they need to cancel your order. All the while you the driver are not reimbversed and just lose out on an hour of work.
1 ★ The end is near. Emails are out transitioning to UberEats. I have no idea what value Uber extracted by paying 2.6 Billion for the worst app & service of the bunch. Don't expect good Uber Eats pay while they pay for this ridiculous decision & wind down of PostMates. Recent email said I was in the top 15% of drivers in my area. I took 1 delivery last year & I took 1 this year. I actually signed on to catch my own order & save a few bucks by delivering to myself. I did not save money with that idea
1 ★ Been driving since jan app worked fine till update. Now no orders. Postmates doesn't pay you enough. If you move to ubereats no more walmart orders and $5 bonus. Postmates cancels your order too much just as you walk in the door ZERO STARS
5 ★ Been doing deliveries for a little over a month and i love it. I make really good money and the bonuses and tips are awesome. I see so much negative reviews but ive never had an issue the longest i had to wait for support was 20 min. I get deliveries almost all day. The walmart deliveries are the best :) my friends are jealous with the money i make lol
1 ★ It won't let me log in. Even when I put my correct email and password, it's telling me the information is incorrect. If I could give a half a star I would.
4 ★ It would be a lot faster if postmates would require all costumers to prepay their order and up date the menu of the restaurant.
3 ★ App freezes very frequently, takes several seconds to respond to most input, and half a minute to launch, including after the regular freezes.
1 ★ Tried this for 2 hours and didn't receive a single order say in the hotspots called the support line and they hung up on us this was a complete waste of my time
2 ★ I don't like the app. It won't let me even log in to get my funds. I've changed my password twice. App crashes alot. Very frustrating.
5 ★ So cool I hope UberEats uses this platform, it's beautiful but keep UE method of showing pay and mileage beforehand. Thank you Postmates!
1 ★ Horrible terrible and frustrating app created by beginners! Never got upgraded! Help on the app is very very bad the way you can't even believe unless you try it! Imagine you call help for problem with current delivery and the system tells you waiting time exceeds 1 hour! These people steal your tips! Take it from me as a FACT, can you believe you deliver say 10 orders and you don't even see one tip! Is that even possible?! Personally I can't even imagine such scammers existed in US market!
1 ★ Everytime I attempt to login the scrren displays they have sent a 4 digit code, that I need to enter. I NEVER GET THIS CODE. i have tried everyrhing. I cant login..because no code is sent. Very frustrating!
1 ★ Update: I have lost my job basically because of the merger between Postmates and Uber. I've been trying to get runs on Uber and I can't so that's why I say I basically lost my job. I'm loving this app. It's easy to set up and use. The fact that you can cash out any time and more then once is an awesome feature!
