5 ★ i love this app! couple thoughts:. it would be great if you added a feature to drop a "waypoint". it's not actually a step that you document but it does you to more accurately Mark a path. the second option would be to make points on the journey moveable. sometimes the app puts a point thats not accurate. would love the oportunuty to move it.
5 ★ Awesome! Helps organize where you are going step by step and how you get there.(DRIVE/FLY/BUS/COMBO)You also get a base price on gas&mileage. The Maps are really helpful, Though I still had to use Google maps for more detailed route information. It would be really cool to add a toll calculator as well as a tool to calculate food cost. Another cool feature is the app does a count down till you leave and tracks your progress as you go, grouping pics each day. So it's cool if you go off route.
2 ★ i would give this app more stars if you could end the trip. you can get easily start a trip but when is over the only way to end it is go into settings and put an end date. so the rest of the day it's eating battery for no reason because the trip is done. Simply add an end trip function without it being so jump through the hoops and you'd get a better score. Sadly it's only a two stars from me right now.
5 ★ I love this app! I wanted to elaborate because I don't think the above did the app justice for how much I enjoyed it. On social media my travel stories became products and I didnt like feeding into the envy pandemic of social media. Using this tool enabled me to share my experiences with my loved ones in a positive way. It is so fun and easy to upload photos, videos and stories with an awesome map tracking your trip. It tracked me even in Antarctica!!! I couldn't believe that it worked so well
5 ★ Great app, really liking it for documenting my journey works flawlessly. The one feature I would really like to see added in the future is built in translation from other languages. Right now I have to go to a web browser and use Google translate to read my friends posts. Edit: I've tried the inapp translate feature it doesn't work properly yet. Translated text is nonsense
5 ★ Still learning the app, but I like what I see so far. I travel a lot, so this is like a digital journal for me as well. Update: After a month of usage, I love this app. Not only does it create a super cool map of all my travel, but it pull in my pictures and organizes them by location. For years I've taken pictures but not organized them. I'm so happy that I stumbled upon this app.
5 ★ I like the app, particularly the ease of adding photos and zooming in to see your path. Unless I'm doing something wrong, I have two suggestions. Add the abilities to comment on individual photos and to add a step and photos without internet access (to be uploaded later). When I try to add a step without access, the app tries to download a location name (rather than simply recording the coordinates). When it can't, it won't let me proceed. I add a step later by tapping a point on the path.
5 ★ Great app for keeping friends and family "in the loop" while traveling. One post and everyone following you is up to date. Easy interface, doesn't kill your battery, works when on Wi-Fi only (I'm not paying for that international cellular plan). The option to get a printed book after your trip is a really nice keepsake opportunity. But the best momento for me is the updated map pin my homepage with an ever growing number of dots on the map (for each location visited).
5 ★ There aren't a lot of good apps out there for showing where you've been in a step-by-step process AND allowing you to post a lot of pics AND allowing you to tell your story. After a bad experience with an app that kept deleting my hard work, I downloaded a bunch of new ones and this is the only one I kept. It isn't perfect. Its tracking often stopped following me, so I had to enter a bunch of locations and times by hand. Suggestions for steps aren't great either. But uploading pics is intuitive.
5 ★ This app is wonderful for keeping track of a trip and being able to re-live it later. My significant other and I took a 13 day trip to Japan. I made sure to just jot down everywhere we went each day (in the app), the tracker kept track of the cities. I then uploaded all our photos in the correct spots, wrote more detail about each day, and ordered a travel book. The book is great quality and at a great price. It makes sharing our adventure with friends and family so easy- you aren't just flipping through your phone showing them random photos. We also have the book on display for guests that come over- makes a great 'coffee table book'! I recommend this app to all of my friends who are taking trips. The developers also seem to constantly be working on changes to fix things and make it better which I also appreciate. Keep it up!
2 ★ Great idea. Almost nailed it. The app does everything you could hope for then randomly loses 1,2,...7 days of travel. I've been using it for almost 6 months and it's lost legs of my journey from all different parts of the world. Really a shame. When it works, I love it. Disappointing a small hiccup takes so much away.
5 ★ Love it. In particular the ease of creating posts offline by adding pictures and text anytime. Next time I'm online it jist magically syncs. The way the trip is posted on the map is really smooth and creates a great presentation. Also like that video now is supported. Wish there was a way to select text to feed it into Google Translate for my friends who speak different languages.
5 ★ I loved being able to track our trip and include anecdotes and/or photos for each step. Our friends and family appreciated being able to follow along with us as well. Only complaint was that it didn't always register our location, despite having it set for high accuracy - this was probably due to constant driving without braking/stopping. My work-around was to switch back and forth from this app to my standard gps system to keep it updated at regular intervals.
5 ★ I love the app. I like that you can add pictures, description, tag places. I like that it shows you the map at top and with pinned areas where you have been. I like the routes that marks from point to point if you are doing a roadtrip. I like the real time destination where you are at. I absolutely love the offline system where you can see everything even without internet. Really good app.
5 ★ App is great, but i wish there was a way to add captions to photos or videos. That would add a lot, to the travel book too. Edit: I'm not sure how that feature is not on the roadmap! So many of my pictures or videos require proper context explained by a quick blurb (that can be tied to the picture, not in the summary). I do think it is an essential feature.
