1 ★ Ridiculous just like the rest of Lufthansa services. Always trouble always ehat a waste of time
3 ★ I'm new to this app and It seems that I am unable to locate my inbox through it. If developer can provide some info it would be great. Usually vouchers are added there and if it not available would be a big downfall for this app.

2 ★ I can't believe that Lufthansa requires you to download an app to calculate miles. The calculation process is very cumbersome: you need to enter every little detail about your journey. I would guess that the flight number is enough for the app to find out origin, destination and operating airline, but no: you have to enter all of that and more manually.
