5 ★ Our baby is close to turning one, so we had a bunch of photos we needed to print for a photo album, a record book, and a few frames. As I was creating an expensive order on a photo printing website, my wife mentioned this app. Couldn't believe it, so downloaded it just to check it out. It was true - 45 6x4 prints for free, and other sizes at reasonable prices. Got all the prints without spending a fortune! Great quality too! Looking forward to using it again.
5 ★ FreePrint is an absolutely brilliant app. I have recommended Free Prints to work colleagues, family and friends. A colleague used the phototile section of the app recently and was so happy with the results. FreePrint is easy to use and competitively priced. I'm using them since July 2018, I wish I had met them sooner. I have purchased, ordinary photos, photo tiles for home and as gifts. Would highly recommend FreePrints. Customer service is excellent. 5 ★ Update: Following the company's feedback I contacted customer service. They answered fast and resent the photos. All the prints look good, no marks on them, I'm happy with the quality, 5 stars. Ordered free prints to test the quality before making a bigger order for a family album. All photos have marks and spots on them, often in the same place. They're small but still. Not really the point, especially with portraits. Definitely wouldn't use again. Paper quality is fine.
5 ★ I'm beyond happy with this app! I was using Lalalab to print my photos, but decided to give FreePrints a go after seeing their ad on Facebook. The photos arrived on time and I was really impressed with their colours and quality. I uninstalled the other app I mentioned before and I'll keep using FreePrints from now on. :) P.s.: I thought that I'd be bothered with infinite ads because the photos are free, but I was wrong. Beyond great photos, the app offers a great user experience. <3
5 ★ So easy to use and delivery is always so efficient. The photos come well packaged. I recently had an issue with an order and I must commend the high level of customer service that I experienced. The issue was rectified within moments of my contacting customer service and the person I dealt with was helpful and pleasant. Top marks for customer service and efficiency! Will continue to use the app for all my photo printing needs.
2 ★ I ordered 500 free prints before and they arrived on time, some of the photos were cropped but overall pretty good. I decided to order more photos which was supposed to arrive last week. I understand with COVID-19 and it being closer to Christmas that post can be late. The postage I got wasn't even half of what I ordered and on the box it says part 2 of 2. I didn't get part 1 of 2. I'm still waiting for someone to get back to me!! No tracking available!
1 ★ The app is fine, delivery prompt, but the photos I received were cropped in such a way that the photos were rendered useless. Tops and bottoms of buildings missing, people missing from sides of photos, ground and lakes missing in scenic photos. I got a full set of 78 enlargement's which I was charged. On the app there is no place to register a complaint. Will not recommend or use again.

I found my photos were building up in the phone so im delighted to have found a straight forward app, u literally click on the images and the then send then onto free prints and u receive your photos in a few days. You also get a reminder for your 45 free prints a month-its fantastic and I would highly recommend it. I've used other apps in past and they have been too complicated. Free Prints are straight forward and reliable :-) thanks guys!
5 ★ This app is absolutely amazing. I use it every month since July or August (can't remember!) Don't know how they mange to do everything and remain open considering how 45 prints are free every month and after that it's only 12c a photo! You can add retro white borders for no extra cost and you can choose glossy or matt finish. This app is doing gods work I kid you not.

5 ★ Started using this app about 4 months ago to print all of my photos on my phone. I was delighted with their service. I got 45 photos printed for free and only cost about 5 cent per extra photo and €5 delivery fee which I thought was excellent pricing. It's a great way to print photos that have been on your phone for a long time. I would highly recommend this app to anybody wanting to print some of there favourite photos on their phone or other device.
5 ★ best app ever. sit in comfort anywhere and browse your photos and simply click and done. just got my pictures today, quicker than expected. beautiful finish and I've done nothing but smile all day looking at my beautiful family pictures hanging all over the house. money can't put a price on a smile. this app is brilliant. no complaints here. will look forward to many years of doing business. can't wait until my house is covered in previous memories. thanks freeprints.
