5 ★ No anoying setups, the application is really simple and fast. No lag or anoying buffering every 5 seconds. A well made application that helped me save a few zlotych due to the exclusive promotions.
1 ★ Aplikacja sama z siebie nalicza ponad godzinę do zamówienia i trzeba czekać ponad godzinę na odbiór osobisty. Strasznie nie polecam. Application adds more than an hour to it's pick up time by itself so you have to wait more than an hour after buying and paying for the pizza to pick it up. Really do not recommend.
1 ★ Terribly laggy, in the process of customization of dishes the options don't update, scrolling menu often freezes. The app is as poorly made as the official website.
1 ★ I have received a promo code to my email, saying I can redeem it in the app. Unfortunately, the app did not accept the code and I had to pay the full amount. I tried to contact support, but now a week passed and I did not get any response, seems like no one cares🤷
1 ★ Worst experience! I ordered different pizza from application and when I wanted to cancel or change the order the helpline seems not working. All the workers were speaking polish and when I tried to get help help they just forwarded the call. I waited for one hour and nobody answered me in English. If pizza hut do not want English speaking people to order pizza then do me a favor and write on the front page that only polish speaking people will be served. Would never recommend. Pathetic service..
1 ★ Hmmm, apparently I live in Poland because those are the only restaurants the app will show, even after I enter my city, state, and zip and allow localization. Good to know it'll take me 18,000 minutes to get there, however. Epic fail, Pizza Hut.
1 ★ I have ordered a pizza but according to the app the pizza had been delivered but I havent received my pizza its been 30 minutes since the status got updated to delivered when I tried to call the restaurant the call is going through AI for kfc and pizzahut these are the only two words I can understand through out the AI call as I cant speak polish there is no way I can choose an option to move further so now I have no means of communication with the restaurant
3 ★ Choosing half/half pizza did not allow for pizza ingredients customization, I needed to select main pizza first, and only then switch it to half/half - lost quite a bit of time working around this problem.
1 ★ It didn't work. Some foreign words in the terms and conditions never send an SMS then told me I was using the wrong phone number. Garbage!
1 ★ Complete garbage since the last update. Constant errors when specifying order or address. Unable to use it.
5 ★ If I had to be really picky, the only disadvantage of the app is the fact that there are no descriptions of the pizzas ingredients xD
1 ★ Can't even register because trying to tick the "accept terms and conditions" box keeps selecting the url and opening the ts & cs in my browser.

1 ★ So many glitches. I can not order because it keep saying that I didn't choose "the fastest time" even when i did. GARBAGE APP
3 ★ i wish i wouldn't have to wait 4 hours for a pizza, because there are no pizza huts in my city. but overall the app looks good.
