Helpful hints:
* Leave Bluetooth and Location Services enabled so your phone can communicate with your lost item and flag the area where it was last seen.
* Keep the app running in the background so you can record your item’s whereabouts or ring your phone if you misplace it.
* If you are beyond the Bluetooth range (up to 110 ft.), turn on Crowd Locate notifications to be alerted when someone passes nearby your item and updates your item’s location.

With the app running in the background you can view where and when you last had your stuff. And you can enable Item History to view the last four locations it was seen.

1 ★ Waste of money. Maps unavailable and neither are FAQ. The tracker PIXEL just quietly bleeps. Absolutely useless. On the box it says crowd locate. How? By a sound of a mosquito? With no maps? Shows a picture of a dog with a tracker - same, no use without the maps. Utter junk. Going to the bin. I would rather like my money back
3 ★ I purchased this in hopes of keeping track of a few things. One being my cat. There is no way to turn off the sound. Within minutes of placing it on my cat's collar he bit and turned the tracker off. So, I would only recommend this for inanimate objects.
1 ★ Sometimes works. Usually can't connect to devices at all, or says the battery is dead then doesn't, then fails to connect. Great idea, great form factor (flikr) but poor execution Edit. Almost never connects
4 ★ Really nice app, very small and compact design and easy to connect, although I would give five stars if it had wireless charging and was a bit louder but overall a good app and I recommend it .
1 ★ The only time I've tried to use it it crashed every single time even when I change networks and even when I clear cookies and even when I disconnect from Wi-Fi. It's a piece of garbage.
1 ★ If I had a dog I would have to train it to find my keys because the fob makes sound only a dog can hear. The lost phone feature isn't much better. No matter how high all of the volumes on the phone are set it can only be heard if the room is dead quiet. Glad the fob was free with another product, now it's just something else in the junk drawer.
1 ★ TrackR-Pixel. Fresh out of the box. Worked 1 time only. 15 minutes later, no sound from device. When I deleted the device to reconnect, the battery went from full life (again, fresh from the box) to "order new battery." The range is also terrible. Very dissatisfied.
1 ★ Now that Android shuts app down automatically as part of power management, app and device are useless. May be Android's fault rather than the app's, but effect is the same. The app must keep running in the background in order to keep track of device.
4 ★ Pairing is pretty easy. Love knowing that I have this product! The app & product work very well... though if you turn Bluetooth off, then it doesn't (I tried).🙄 Thank you! Also, loving the feature that tells me I need a free battery!
1 ★ App crashes when trying to access group settings to share the trackers. This seems like basic functionality missing. It's a shame that this seems like a dead business as you can pick up the fobs quite low cost and otherwise would be a 5 star...
1 ★ Doesn't keep settings. Asks for updates to settings every time it starts and doesn't keep custom settings for separation alerts, custom tone etc. As a result you cannot use the tracker to find your phone if the phone volume is silent.
1 ★ The app is terrible. When I try to create groups by selecting the groups section in the app it just sends me back to the homepage. I've tried it several times and it didn't even send me a confirmation email for creating an account like the app stated.
4 ★ The TrackR is great. Only one issue, thst it isn't loud enough for me. Other than that, I like it and can still use it.
4 ★ Using the Trackr Bravo. The manually controlled notifications work well, but the automatic separation notification goes off randomly even when the device is just feet away.
1 ★ These things are garbage. The app doesn't notify you when the keys lose connection. I just pulled and admittedly old, new in package trackr bravo out of a package and tried to pair for 10 minutes and I get all kinds of different tones by pressing the button but it never pairs. Not worth it anyways as I know it'll just die in a few months and not tell me so i won't be protected in the case of losing my keys. I don't recommend the trackr bravo, and the app doesn't seem to work consistently.
