*Enable GPS or enter your location manually to view:

*Discover new products, offers, prices and make your shopping lists in the app.
*Pay using a wide range of digital payment options like wallets, cards, UPI and more. You can also pay later for your purchase by choosing Simpl as the mode of payment, integrated with Perpule.

5 ★ The app is nice, but these needs could have been better, 1. Can't keep favorite restaurants, shops to select immediately. 2. The recently ordered item could be at the top so that we can order fast. 3. Could have an option to link the wallets. We need to sign in everytime.
1 ★ No option to skip feedback part. Every time you do a transaction youll be directed to a feedbacks section which is mandatory everytime. Very irritating! Editing my review to give this app 1 star. We are being forced to use this app in our cafeteria. All other payment modes have been removed in our office cafeteria so that we are forced to use this app. Pathetic!
1 ★ First thing,stop asking for rating every single time I purchase something. If you need the rating,put the rating option somewhere in the post payment screen but not as a pop up.It is quite irritating to see that rating popup. Secondly, the app has too many steps from choosing an item to placing an order. Any product manager worth his salt would know that these many steps to navigate through an order is a nightmare to the customer.
1 ★ It is so slow and ineffectual that no one in our campus want's to use it so they forced vendors to only accept payment through this app. So we have no choice but to use it. I guess that's why they have so many downloads. @purpule team atleast make this useful by adding features like quick scan payment like Paytm and Sodexo do.
1 ★ Many wont get network inside SPAR Mantri Mall, Malleswaram, Bangalore. This gets very annoying and the app works super slow. Suggest to install some kinda wifi router or kiosk (so that we can log in with our phone number). Otherwise everything else is just mind blowing and I am happy to give ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
5 ★ I had read the old reviews... I noticed many of the issues mentioned were taken care in the course of time. I wish success for this app. FREE ADVISE :) Keep users informed on Why they should choose this app. We can avoid long queue is the best part and please work in this area. This is were many people stuggle and need a abetter solution.
1 ★ Very slow while proceeding to pay. Seems compatibility issue with a mobile of 2 gb ram not sure it is but could be a reason. As in parallel youtube video buffers without any issue so nothing due to network connectivity. Suggest developer should do some compatibility testing with different ram mobiles.
1 ★ Worst app. The location is not updated automatically even if the permissions are given . Every time it prompts to enter rating for the shop which cannot be skipped. Even if the rating is given as 1 star , it always shows 5 star for the shops. Needs a lot of improvement.
1 ★ One of the fake app. While making transaction they will tell that we will get the cashback . After transaction they will not put the cashback to the respective account. They try to fool by saying we have technical issues and all... We are in the software world any issues can be solved in a sec plzz remember.
4 ★ I used it few times in Infosys Hyderabad Pocharam Food Court. There are many issues in this app's operation. 1.Menus are not properly updated in app. Many times i could not find the item which i wanted to have. Sometimes i order something from app, but vendor says the item is not available. 2. Vendors are not accustomed to it. That causes significant delay in order processing. Changing the rating now to 4* as this is now improved.
1 ★ I am using this app from past 7-8months everyday I come to my company cafeteria order the food make payment and the order will show as unsuccessful but the amount gets debited from bank which I'm not going to get back even after multiple complaints everyday I waste 40mins to 1 hr for placing the order successfully from this app. There will be a technical support guy available in cafeteria who takes screen shot everyday and says it will be credited back that's it.
1 ★ App redirected to error page with a message stating any deductions would be refunded within 5-7 days. However the payment was successful and hence i ended up paying the amount twice. Now they will not refund the amount to the source as it was a successful order for them (though the app showed error message). Now they are sending a credit note which i can use only on the app and that too with a deadline. This is not acceptable.
1 ★ Improving the rating as all of my previous concerns were addressed, However a new issue has been introduced. The app asks for location every time it is started. It should store the previous location. Thanks Update: Cutting down the review back to one star. Location issue not addressed for long time.
1 ★ It crashes when I tap no 'chat with us' tab in the menu. Please resolve this issue.
1 ★ Not hapy with the tech used in this app... we are facing many issues while using it.. 1.Every time it asks for location even after we enter the detail manually. 2.Some times after the booking we cant swipe to collect the food & it shows check your internet connection even if the data is working properly. 3.It will not show the actual menu list. 4.Requests for an app update randamly even after current updation.
