The Peliatan Village Mobile Application is intended for the service of the entire Peliatan Village Community by the Peliatan Village Government, for the sake of more advanced and intelligent development in the management of Human Resources and Natural Resources owned by Peliatan Village, especially arts, culture and tourism.

Peliatan village is a village that is located close to the center of the sub-district even though it is not located right in the center of the sub-district. The accessibility of Desa Peliatan to the sub-district and regency cities is very easy, smooth and not too far away. Ubud Sub-district City Center is only no more than 2 km from Peliatan Village, while to the center of Gianyar City it is 8 km away and both can be reached in less than half an hour from the center of Peliatan Village (Tables 1.1 and 1.2). Accessibility that is very easy and fast is both a capital and potential for the development of the Peliatan Village development.

The geographical location of Peliatan Village which is bordered by two rivers on the east and west sides causes Peliatan Village to avoid flooding. However, with the increase in population and the need for shelter, many rainwater is dumped directly into the river. Therefore the Peliatan Village government plans to increase the amount of rainwater that can be harvested through infiltration wells and increase vegetation cover.
