3 ★ I too bought mine at Costco excited to use it I ripped open the packaging and now I see all the negative reviews... Mine fired right up, and has worked perfectly for 3 minutes so 3 stars, I put it on my keys, we see how it works

1 ★ I bought this last week from COSTCO. I thought that if a company such as Costco is behind this product then am sure this product would be good but I was wrong. Firstly I had difficulty finding which pebblebee APp to download then I tried like 100 times to pair the devices but they wouldn't pair . I couldn't go past the CLAIM your device stage. Also the customer support is poor. I got my password reset link after 2 days I think. So yeah aesthetically the product looks robust but everything behind it is NOT. I should've read the reviews before making the purchase but thank God for Costco, returns are no questions asked . Sorry PebbleBee. I hope you guys come back with a better product and even better app. !!!

5 ★ I have 5 Pebblebee Honey's ....Great Product !!! but now constant beeping when i open the app. Upgraded to new Pebblebee Finder App and all good again :)
1 ★ They let you down as soon as you need them. It's not worth the risk. I've tried so many times to love these aesthetically beautiful little things (I have 3.)
