Download the latest My HKT application, version 2.3.44, compatible with Windows 10/11 (using emulators such as Bluestacks), Android devices. This free Tools app is developed by Hong Kong Telecommunications (HKT) Ltd and is easy to download and install.

Main Features:
- View up to the last three bills
- Update your billing information
- Check your service plan particulars
- Test your line status and reboot your broadband modem and Now TV set-top box
- Check your appointment particulars
- Update your registered contact information for our service(s)
- Look for the address and contact information of our shops and customer service centres
One login account will allow you to access both “My HKT” App and “My HKT” website (https://cs.hkt.com). If you have already got a login account for the website, please login to “My HKT” App using your existing Login ID and Password.
Internet access is required.
User may be required to pay relevant charges for Internet access.
App permissions
My HKT 2.3.44 APK requires following permissions:
Allows an app to create windows using the type TYPE_APPLICATION_OVERLAY, shown on top of all other apps.
Allows an application to initiate a phone call without going through the Dialer user interface for the user to confirm the call.
Allows applications to open network sockets.
Allows applications to access information about Wi-Fi networks.
Allows applications to access information about networks.
Allows an application to read from external storage.
Allows an app to access precise location.
Allows an app to access approximate location.
Allows access to the vibrator.
This constant was deprecated in API level 21. No longer enforced.
Allows an application to expand or collapse the status bar.
Allows using PowerManager WakeLocks to keep processor from sleeping or screen from dimming.
Allows read only access to phone state, including the phone number of the device, current cellular network information, the status of any ongoing calls, and a list of any PhoneAccounts registered on the device.
Allows an app to use fingerprint hardware.
Allows an application to receive the ACTION_BOOT_COMPLETED that is broadcast after the system finishes booting.
Required to be able to access the camera device.

1 ★ Login / password retrieval does not work at all. Chatbot input box disabled (!??) Fonts look like 20 years ago ancient face.

1 ★ Rubbish app, always crashing. It keeps saying there's a bug and need to update. But even after updating the issue still persists. Might as well switch to other service provider.
