2 ★ Used to be free for records, now it isn't. You could request from your vet your pet's records for free and now they charge you each time. App is only good for manually keeping your files via the cloud on your phone. Otherwise no longer great for an app. :/
3 ★ Very organized app, and I'm sure some people would find it useful. However I needed my pet records quickly and it's been 2 days since I paid for the records and now I might as well just go to the vet anyway.
1 ★ I kept getting as and different interruptions when trying to read the articles. Was very annoying. Guess the library is going to be my best bet. Wish I had had better luck.
1 ★ Used to love this app to request basic shot records from my vet but now they charge 4.99 for every request...disappointing.
4 ★ Eh? Great for keeping track of my pets birthdays and stuff but whenever I try to request medical records it says "something went wrong."
1 ★ Can't access it anymore. Tried resetting the password multiple times and signing on online vs app. It says there is a problem with Pawprint. Couple that with charging for a simple services you can get for free by calling your vet's office, it's not a very useful app anymore.
5 ★ Love this Application. This Application would be perfect if your a fur parents cause this how you get track all the shots records of your pets for free but for a small amount you can also get the medical records just incase you need one for pet insurance purposes and if you do have issues from the previous vet doctors(if you have doubts why ur pet died all of the sudden probably inject a lot of dosage or misdiagnosed & charged you tons of money THIS IS PERFECT 👌 but make sure to have autopsy.
5 ★ Love it! We travel with our old dogs often and it's extremely handy to have their medical records available on my phone in case of emergency, or boarding. It's also very handy when we have someone dog sitting. Pawprint also makes it easy to work with your vet for securing and maintaining records. The app also reminds us to give our dogs their meds, which is very helpful. Some of the new features including appointment seeing i have yet to try, but will soon.
4 ★ Overall, this is a great app. We have 8 companion animals, and one of them has a serious condition. Being able to track in one place is fantastic. I do have one criticism. For animals with chronic, ongoing conditions, $10 every time we want to update the records is a bit much. I reached out to the Dev about this, and was offered the solution that I could get the files from our vets and scan them in to the app. If I got the files from all the vets directly, why would I do that?
5 ★ The app is so easy to use! While requesting for the medical documents, this app will contact/notify someone on their team to establish the communication so you don't have to contact the Vet yourself! Cassie was emailing me through the process and updating me through email. Highly satisfied with the customer service on this app. Thanks, Cassie! 🐶
4 ★ Very good service and got me all my records from my first vet. My issue is the app doesn't search properly. It keeps coming up with zero results other then the first place I searched for which was my first vet. I'm looking for other vets with documents on my dog and the app won't search properly. Fix that issue and I'll give 5 stars
5 ★ Best app for managing a furry family! I've been using PawPrint for quite some time now and have depended on it to keep my furry children's records straight. I have one cat with irritable bowel disease, so managing her records and keeping them on hand is essential. Anytime I've had app issues they've been prompt to reply and fix them. Also, actual humans work tirelessly behind the scenes on record requests. Great people! Thanks PawPrint! :)
5 ★ I LOVE THIS app!!! usually I forget when the vaccines were last given and I would have to call and harass my vet or look through paperwork but it's all there in the app for me, including weight tracker and other usual information I can add and quickly get to...I use it for my puppy and 2 adult cats
5 ★ love this app! I would give it 20 stars if I could. It keeps all of my pets information current, it is handy if you need proof of shots for the police, insurance reps or landlord. above all it gives reminders of what is due and when
5 ★ I love pawprint. Its free, and you get actual people who book appointments for you and reply to you. Being able to instantly send my dogs medical records for a last minute boarding or doggie daycare with one tap is glorious. To the pawprint team, you guys are the best.
