Description
After installing app and sync to the Band, users can check their daily life and exercise through this application.
It shows information on the user's daily life such as steps, sleep and calorie etc.
Users can choose the type of exercise and it shows information on the user's activity such as moving route, distance, calorie consumption and heart rate etc.
The information is saved in charts so users can check it anytime.
Also, users can share the exercise record through SNS.
The functions may vary depending on the version of the band.
■ Required App Permissions
Urban Fit requires permission providing necessary service to user as below.
- Save : Saves pictures taken and allows sharing of images saved in the device.
- SMS : Received Text can be shown up to display.
- Location : Better GPS tracking service at Urban mode is provided based on location information.
- Call(Call Log) : Coming Call can be shown up to display.
- Contacts : When Coming call, notification and call numbers can be shown up to display.

Urban fit 1.2.39 APK requires following permissions:
Allows an app to access precise location.
Allows an app to access approximate location.
Allows using PowerManager WakeLocks to keep processor from sleeping or screen from dimming.
Allows an app to create windows using the type TYPE_APPLICATION_OVERLAY, shown on top of all other apps.
Allows an application to read the user's contacts data.
Allows an application to initiate a phone call without going through the Dialer user interface for the user to confirm the call.
Allows an application to read the user's call log.
Allows read only access to phone state, including the phone number of the device, current cellular network information, the status of any ongoing calls, and a list of any PhoneAccounts registered on the device.
Allows an application to receive SMS messages.
Allows an application to read SMS messages.
Allows an application to send SMS messages.
Allows an application to receive the ACTION_BOOT_COMPLETED that is broadcast after the system finishes booting.
Allows an application to write to external storage.
Allows an application to read from external storage.
Allows applications to access information about networks.
Allows applications to open network sockets.
Allows access to the vibrator.

3 ★ Just okay.... It works, but I have yet been able to sync it with the Samsung health app, as advertised by both Partron and Samsung.
3 ★ How about providing instructions in English? The heart rate monitor doesnt work right while exercising. It records the BPM much lower than actual.
4 ★ Jan update fixed most issues. Stand by time increased by over 10 hours /day with the fix. Works well with Samsung Health, not terribly accurate on sleep times
5 ★ I love this app Helping me keep track of my steps the The main reason for the band is to track my sleep so I can report to my dr due to health reasons and it has worked very well for my uses
2 ★ The app is good but there's some issue with Samsung fitness. It is having problem syncing because phone can't give the app permissions on the Samsung app because the permission button is disabled.
5 ★ Both the app and Urban fit band are really nice. It does pretty much all the things the leading bands will do for a lot less.
2 ★ constantly disconnects and then cant find the device. I wouldn't recommend this device or app to anyone.
2 ★ Don't know how the band calculates steps but it's a disaster. I barely moved during the day but still finished the 10,000 steps goal! I'm sitting on a chair and the band is counting steps! Come on Partron, can't you do better than this?
