1 ★ This app and "service" is a total scam. I used this app for a baseball game thinking it would save some time and money on parking, it was the complete opposite. Once I got to the correct ramp, I scanned the code 5 times and kept getting "invalid code" message each time. There was a ton of cars behind me so I said screw it and grabbed the ticket for $12 and parked. I can't belive the MN Twins are promoting this service on their website. Good luck trying to contact customer service too
2 ★ Worked the first time without a problem. Subsequent attempts since haven't worked. It's impossible to refer others as well. They do such a horrible job with QA on every release that it's loaded with bugs. When you try referring someone you get an error message. Use spot hero instead.
5 ★ Edit: I can't imagine why anyone would not use this app. Saving me a lot of money in midtown NYC. Very easy to use. Easy to switch between payment methods (my commuter benefits card/Google Pay). Fantastic customer service. Kind of the perfect app. But most importantly saving me a lot of money. Edit: Amazing live customer service at 1AM to resolve issue that was garage's fault. Thank you Ebony and ParkWhiz customer service team.
1 ★ Reservation means nothing apparently... At least in NYC. Showed up at the lot, guy said "we have no spaces... Parkwhiz or whatever... We ain't got room". The money we paid was refunded but we lost a lot of time trying to find a place to park.
1 ★ You don't validate valid addresses. Old passwords don't work, and reworked passwords don't match despite showing they match i can't even get to finding a parking spot. Previous booked spots keep telling me I am not OK t connected to the Internet, and I am. Basically, this place is terrible
1 ★ Barcode did not scan upon entering or upon exiting! I had to use my credit card to pay the parking fee but was already charged on the app! There is no easy way to report this!
1 ★ I paid for parking in advance through the app. When I arrived at the garage and scanned my code it kept giving me an invalid message. When I left the garage I had to pay to exit. Terrible experience.
2 ★ It's ok when it works. There's an issue using PayPal on this app. Also, the prices change daily. I'm going to look for an alternative.
5 ★ I've used this app a couple times for booking our parking for our state's MLB games and it has been great. Very user friendly and quick!
1 ★ I paid for parking and garage door would not open. Tried contacting Parkwhiz. They were closed. Sent email, no response and still no refund.
5 ★ I like that this app shows you pics of the lot or parking garage. Used it for the first time and had a smooth and easy experience. Will recommend 👍

1 ★ Reserved a spot, and 2 hours later, it was canceled because the "lot was full". So, scrambling, I found another nearby spot and reserved it. When I pulled in, the attendant refused to let meet in because...lot was full. So I got hosed by this app twice in a day. Waiting for the second charge to be refunded. I fart in this app's general direction.
5 ★ Problems with spot hero, switch to this app. Wonderful, quick and easy to use. Booked my first spot in under 1 minute.
5 ★ Love it.. it give me different options and it also tells me how far from the parking lot to my actual destination..
