App permissions

Seekit By Panasonic v5.1.1.2 APK requires following permissions:

Allows an app to access approximate location.

Allows an app to access precise location.

Allows access to the list of accounts in the Accounts Service.

Allows applications to open network sockets.

Allows read only access to phone state, including the phone number of the device, current cellular network information, the status of any ongoing calls, and a list of any PhoneAccounts registered on the device.

Allows an application to read the user's contacts data.

Allows applications to connect to paired bluetooth devices.

Allows applications to discover and pair bluetooth devices.

Allows an application to write to external storage.

Allows applications to pair bluetooth devices without user interaction, and to allow or disallow phonebook access or message access.

Allows an application to read from external storage.

Allows an application to receive the ACTION_BOOT_COMPLETED that is broadcast after the system finishes booting.

Allows applications to access information about Wi-Fi networks.

Allows applications to change Wi-Fi connectivity state.

Allows applications to access information about networks.

Allows an application to record audio.

Required to be able to access the camera device.

Allows access to the vibrator.

Marker permission for applications that wish to access notification policy.

Allows an application to modify global audio settings.

Allows an application to read or write the system settings.

Allows using the device's IR transmitter, if available.

Allows an application to initiate a phone call without going through the Dialer user interface for the user to confirm the call.

This constant was deprecated in API level 21. No longer enforced.

Allows an app to create windows using the type TYPE_APPLICATION_OVERLAY, shown on top of all other apps.

Allows an app to use fingerprint hardware.

Allows using PowerManager WakeLocks to keep processor from sleeping or screen from dimming.

1 ★ I just bought this product. Then installed seekit application. But that application sign-up process isn't working. Showing me "Network error" message. all my money is wasted just because of this app. I bought it 4 days back. Tried to mail developer, didn't got any reply. Called customer care of Seekit, they said I should call Panasonic helplines. They also did the save thing. Their services are also worst. I wish share my views on Amazon and Facebook also.

1 ★ Couldn't sign up in the app. Shows network error all the time! The whole product is useless now because of this

1 ★ keeps disconnecting and connecting, prompts to Mark it as lost, and keep buzzing a lot within seconds of interval, while it is just in front of the phone, absolute waste of money I've bought 2 units with 18 months battery life, it seems my decision was wrong to get it.

1 ★ I am not able to sign up getting error " SslHandshakeException - trust anchor for certification path not found". One star for application services.

1 ★ Disappointed with the product completely. High priced use and throw product with no battery replacement option. This may also fine but device getting disconnected continuously with your phone and needs to work lot on the stability of it.

5 ★ it's a good way to ensure you don't forget things like car keys inside the key i have also installed this app on family members phones so as if they travel late or alone with one click they can share there live location just by using phone as seekit and sharing it with me or anyone else
