Description

Requirements:
- Supported on Palo Alto Networks next-generation firewalls running PAN-OS 7.1, 8.0, 8.1, 9.0 and above
- Requires a GlobalProtect gateway subscription installed on the Palo Alto Networks firewall in order to enable support for GlobalProtect app for Android.
- Supported on Android 5.0 and later releases
App permissions
GlobalProtect 6.1.5 APK requires following permissions:
Allows using PowerManager WakeLocks to keep processor from sleeping or screen from dimming.
Allows applications to access information about networks.
Allows applications to access information about Wi-Fi networks.
Allows applications to change Wi-Fi connectivity state.
Allows applications to disable the keyguard if it is not secure.
Allows applications to open network sockets.
Allows an application to read from external storage.
Allows an application to read the low-level system log files.
Allows read only access to phone state, including the phone number of the device, current cellular network information, the status of any ongoing calls, and a list of any PhoneAccounts registered on the device.
Allows an application to receive the ACTION_BOOT_COMPLETED that is broadcast after the system finishes booting.
Allows an app to use fingerprint hardware.
Allows an application to write to external storage.
Allows an app to create windows using the type TYPE_APPLICATION_OVERLAY, shown on top of all other apps.

1 ★ Worst app. No option to close normally. Everytime we have to do force close. It's running in background all the time, even I don't need it.

4 ★ Recently I changed my wifi and since then I am unable to access my corporate portal at Home or on mobile, what could be the issue, earlier I was using my mobile hotspot and everything was fine then.
