1 ★ Love Pagliacci but this app is terrible. The process is cumbersome at checkout, I often have problems logging in, points show up after hours, it feels like the app rarely works right. Today Google informed me my password was compromised. I am trying to login and the "login" button won't work! Same problem with "forget password" button. Love Pagliacci, they need a new app!

1 ★ Broken app. Gives you error messages without explaining what the error is or how to resolve it... Have tried ordering three times now and have been locked out at a different stage every time.

1 ★ Worked *wonderfully* for months. I moved and am trying to order pizza! Use the app because that's the only way to accumulate Pags, which is the only way to get a discount. Cool! I like apps! Let's see, check the Settings page.... yeah, Address Book! Cool! Head in there and try to add an address. No dice. When I hit Save, I get an alert "Error ConnectionFailed (sic)". Weird! Ok, go back and try different permutations of create new address, edit existing address, create new and replace primary... nope. Every time I get the same error. Ok, I'll head over to the web site on my computer to update my address there. I don't want to place an order via the web site because, remember, you don't get Pags that way, and a lot of money and effort has clearly been put into funneling customers this way, so I want to do my part! Log in to the web site and, let's see, where's the account profile settings thingy? Oh, hey, there's a "profile" link! Cool! I like links! Click it and there's about 5 or 6 settings in there, none of which are delivery addresses. WAT. The only way to update an address via the web site is to...... order a pizza! >_< Q. E. D.
