2 ★ It seems okay, there looks to be many benefits to the Premium Service but I cannot find anything about the cost of it or whether it's a one-off payment? Is it a scam?, looks that way!!! Why hide the cost otherwise?
2 ★ Looks like a very useful app. But the main reason I subscribed is the sunrise sunset quality prediction. I never have chance to see how accurate is that, because exactly that part of the app is not working, just keep searching data. This is very annoying and that's why I'm gonna cancel my subscription before the trial is over. Just to check weather conditions I can use any other free app.
1 ★ seems like a good app. just need to test it and see if it's reliable and accurate. would be interesting to find out where they get there data from update: do not trust this app. I've been using it and it's extremely inaccurate. for example. right now it's a foto score of 0 and a 19% sun set. just looked out the window and then sunset looks amazing
4 ★ I love this app except that it keeps running in the background after being closed. And to top it off, when running in the background, it leaves a permanent notification saying "getting new data..." The only way I've found to stop it is to force stop in my phone settings.
2 ★ This app would be great if they were to integrate light polution & time of day into the Fotoscore. If ever in San Francisco & the Fotoscore is stating a 10 for astrophotography, then how can you rely on the score to be accurate anywhere as light polution alone cancels out the Fotoscore regardless of how clear the sky may be.
5 ★ This is an awesome app. It gives me all the information I am looking for when going out in the field to photograph landscapes. I'm hooked on the photo score. It hasn't been wrong yet and I've gotten some great shots. Thanks Fotocast for making an app that actually has so much value.
1 ★ What the weather really is and what the app says are to different things most days , I was going to get upgrade , but today the app is telling no clouds only its raining here . And it keeps telling me its night time when the sun is out . Fix the location and the weather part you might have an alright app
5 ★ Love it!! As a photographer (shameless plug @zlr_photography) who focuses on astro a ton, this app is a huge tool I utilize.
2 ★ Upgraded to full version and currently in the free trial. Sunrise and sunset quality forecast does not work and this is one of the main reasonn I got this app. If it doesn't work by the time the trial is up then I will cancel my subscription
4 ★ Its good, I like this app! And there's no ridiculous advertisments to ruin the user expierience/usability of this app!....... BUT! there are a few bugs! For one thing it always says "UNABLE TO LOAD SUNSET QUALITY... something or other for the "sky command".... Thingamajigy! Ive tryed updating.... Uninstall/reinstall... Ect... To no avail!
1 ★ What a load of rubbish this app is! I've been checking it every day for the last two months, it's unreliable and I've never seen it give a "fotoscore" over 4! Even when it's been incredible conditions outside. Would not recommend this app, what a waste of time.
5 ★ Really nice, no-nonsense app! Surprisingly accurate forecasts. Great light pollution map included. Easy to understand and use. Accurate Sun and Moon data. Very useful in planning cosmic photo sessions! I love it!
1 ★ It constantly searching for data. It drains the battery on my phone overnight from a full charge. I'm uninstalling it because of that. I really like the app but I can't handle the battery drain.
1 ★ Absolutely NEVER RIGHT! After almost a year of being steadfast I had to delete it! It never was right! Even close! They builders of this app should just hang up their hats & say let's find something else to do with our lives because as app developers.... THEY SUCK! If you area photographer it's better to look at the sky instead of wasting your time with this awful app!
1 ★ God knows where they're getting their forecast from, it's been seriously wrong the whole time I've had it installed. I'd have more joy with a rock on rope hanging in the garden (rock wet = rain, rock white = snow, rock missing = tornado)
