1 ★ I had paid for a 3 month subscription via Google play. However when i tried to access the feature within the app, it kept asking me to pay for the feature again. I tried to restore purchase, clear data/cache & signing out/back into the account but nothing worked. Plus i received no response from support within the app, or from the developer when e-mailed regarding my issue. I ultimately had to get a refund via Goggle Play. Don't bother using this app.

2 ★ Edit 1/16/2022 I had to update from 5 stars to 2 stars because the Read Receipt option ("7 Days Read Back") service keeps disappearing every time I close the app. It is supposed to last 7 days. I spent 300 coins today to read the receipts and it continues to appear and then disappear again. Please resolve. --- I love this app. It's not annoying and has quality filter options after upgrading. I like being able to go directly to the page of men who have already 'Liked' me, it saves so much time.

1 ★ I have downloaded this app several times. It's terrible each time. Set to match local, still matches with China. It automatically adds icons to the home screen. I paid for VIP before, which is really expensive, and the app worked exactly the same. There were no improvements. Good luck ever matching too. Scam.

1 ★ Not the same it once was before the premium features came along. I remember at first when I started using this app I actually matched with others. Now this app isn't as big as Tinder so it's easy to run out of people to swipe. I swiped right on everyone, ran out of people and no matches while it's telling me some people liked me and I need to purchase premium to see it. Total deception there. Avoid at all costs unless they change it back to the way it was when it first started.

1 ★ I have been waiting for a reply from Support Staff for close to 2 weeks and have not received a response at all. I have submitted multiple tickets via the app and still nothing. I have also sent an email to the address provided, and when I finally received a reply after several weeks, NOTHING was resolved! This is unacceptable! I also sent screenshots in both emails to discuss the problem, but still nothing!

1 ★ I live on a college campus, which should be full of potential app users. In 30 seconds, with a 60km search radius enabled, there were no new people. Of the perhaps dozen girls that appeared for me to swipe on, ten of them were Asian with very fake, spam-like names and pictures (this is an Asian-made app mind you). In other words, this app looks professional and cool, but unless you're in China (most of the settings to choose from when making the account revolved around China) there is no point.

1 ★ The worse dating app ever. The verification doesn't works and they keep removing my pictures. They constantly delete my bio which just feels like harassment. The interface seems like a 11 year old made. Awful experience . I paid the premium for 3 months and all these problems started after I did not renew the Premium membership. They are bunch of cheats and unprofessional thugs. Don't use the app. Other apps are way better.

1 ★ This APP was good for a while. But suddenly tried to force me to get "See who liked you". There was no way to get off that page no matter what. I had to reset the data. After that it logged me out and I had to re-setup my whole account. Then I no longer had unlimited Rewind or Likes. It doesn't acknowledge I have a subscription and the APP tries to make me purchase Rewind & Likes separately on top of my subscription through Google. The developer doesn't not answer! Very bad customer service!

4 ★ It was my best app ever!! I've made through it lot of relationships from all other counties. But recently from the last updates and over the issues began with the location it doesn't show near people and it contained a lot of scams especially in Africa counties( nigeria) now I'm disappointed I was about to upgrade but now I don't think so thank you

1 ★ This app was ok initially. However, there are several issues which will impact my longevity with this app: 1. They do same thing as Tinder and Bumble, where someone close by will like you, and even though you have swiped everyone in the area, they won't let you match with them unless you buy their "pro" version first. 2. The active amount of users is extremely low, and due to this people over 1000km away are now being suggested. 3. The amount of fake profiles using AI Art is staggeringly high.

1 ★ While the app itself is good, i bought 12 months of premium but now after just 2 or 3 months my premium membership disappeared making it so i paid 10 months for nothing. I contacted support but they didnt help at all. If you want a dating app there are much better options offering better service and support for their paying customers

1 ★ As soon as I installed the app and my profile posted I instantly got three likes before I could update anything about myself. Obviously this app is brimming with bots. As well as you have to pay for subscription, which is really stupid. I wish there was an app out there that was real, didn't have bots, didn't require subscription, and was owned by a company that actually cared about helping people find love instead of money. Money is the prime evil of this world.

1 ★ It is Chinese scammer app. Once subscribed to permium, you can't unsubscribe and they charge your credit card every month. The support is not existent, reply once a week and pretend they don't understand your problem. You have been charging me for 4 months after I unsubscribed everywhere I could find. thats the problem PS They ask to contact support here under review, but they almost never reply, have been trying to contact for a month already via both - the app and email

1 ★ App full of scammers, fake profiles, escorts also some would try to blackmail you if you're unlucky enough to fall for some accounts. Don't even bother. Update: tried reinstalling again to see if it has improved, sadly it has gotten worse... truly one of the worst apps out there. Would give 0 star if possible but alas I can't.

1 ★ It's great in the beginning but now I can't unsubscribe. The app doesn't show on my Subscriptions in Google Play and there's nothing on the app itself that is helpful. I've been charged twice when all I wanted was to try the VIP perks once. I hate this.
