How does Future Pay work?
Future Pay is just like ready to use cash. All you have to do is register & start using it. Simply add some money, or link your loyalty cards and get going.
You can now use Future Pay at all Big Bazaar, fbb, Central, Brand Factory, Ezone, Easyday and Heritage Fresh stores.

1 ★ Pathetic service and customer support I place an order on May 23rd, it was same day delivery. They cancelled it after 3 days without any justification. The refund was supposed to be credited to the future pay wallet in 7 days, it didn't. Tried calling the nearby big bazar on which order was placed, call not connected, customer care doesn't bother about your issues either. They raised a complaint for the sake of showing some empathy maybe. Posting it here on June 7th. Still waiting for refund
1 ★ Only colourful pictures of products are displayed - never delivered. Out of stock information never comes while ordering and when a product is not delivered, the delivery person says, if it is out of stock, you will get refund in 7 days. No facility to chat with customer care, no return facility, nobody reads our emails. Waste of time, effort and money. Instead of giving cashback if quality of service and products are not improved, futurepay will have no future.
1 ★ The refund policy is something that amazed me. They say the refund process takes around 7 days..... Why? If the product is not available at the time of packing or delivery, the amount should be refunded immediately like any other e-commerce sites. It's been 4 days and still waiting..... There is no cash on delivery option neither through any payment wallets like paytm, amazon pay etc. Will think twice to order again from here.
1 ★ It is a very bad app, for example when one opens a product detail it will be opened once next time it will not show the details you have to exit from the app and then re-ennter to that path then only you will be able to see the product details again. Like this so many short- comings are there needs correction.
1 ★ If you are lucky enough online shopping can be smooth but in case of any issue forget about any help. My in-store pickup from 26th May despite being cancelled by the store personnel is still not updated in the app. Forget about refunds. BB on FB keeps blatantly lying. Amazon Pantry if available is way better.
1 ★ If you make a payment from the future pay and cancel the order, it does not send the money in full. I also complied for this. I got an assurance that after 48 hours your balance will be refunded. This should not happen because while paying It is immediately deducted and the time taken for payment is 7 days 5 days 48 hours. Why
2 ★ The user experience is not good. From the home page, I didn't find any options for tracking the items I ordered. Also, not providing any notification regarding orders. Every time I need to go, click on the first card (shop now) and check the order status. That also not much informative. Customer support is lacking. I had sent an email regarding why the delivery is getting delayed didn't get any response. No emails or messages regarding order confirmation.
2 ★ Very poor. You have taken my address from my GPS location which has all kinds of unnecessary information. I tried to change the address in the manual mode but your system does not allow it. Your delivery agent called me 8 times to locate my flat today.
1 ★ worst app, cant even see what items had been ordered in past, not friendly app, make it friendly. Really a scam app. No order tray, then how can you your ordered items, no menu for returning or exchanging the damaged items, ut is possible to call everytime the local store to come and pick the damaged items....
1 ★ There is no way to raise a return request, please don't order fruits and vegetables, you'll receive poor quality and old stock. There is no response to the complaint number. No repose to multiple complaints raised in the app as well. First time in years have had a bad experience with bigbazaar.
1 ★ Well this review is primarily focused on shopping from big bazar. I ordered three times in last one month. Once one product was missing second time one product was broken and third time one product was eaten by rats. I raised Complaint online. No response. Showroom number and big bazar toll free is not accessible. Not at all expected from a chain of this repute. So stopping my all shopping from now on. Guys be careful. Ordering from big bazar is one way ticket. U r lucky if u get it right.
1 ★ My money is stuck with future pay. I added 1500 in future pay wallet. Money got deducted but it has not been added to the wallet..I have so many times tried to connect to future pay customer cre number. But never reached them.i mailed more than 5 times seems the mail id provide by future pay wrong ,everytime I would get not reachable notification from Gmail.
1 ★ Worst app. There is no customer service, no way ro file your complaints. Since there was no option of paying on delivery, I had to pay at the time of placing order. And then they sent wrong item of lower price. There was no option to request exchange or return.
1 ★ I have placed the order for some urgent items and money got deducted from my account & phone pe also confirmed that amount is reached big bazzar. However, order status showing in big bazzar apps is "pending payment". Also, reaching out to Big bazzar customer care is a nightmare and have to wait for long time. My issue is still not resolved.
1 ★ Really disgusting. Request all to avoid ordering through app. Placed first order on 26/05/21, paid Rs 4256. Got the msg that order is being processed and expected delivery same day between 2-4 pm. Till date order not delivered. Hopeless customer service. Most of the numbers are never picked. And once they picked and never came back. Don't know my money is swalloed or how to get back money. No worthwhile help. Horrible horrible. Please avoid this app
