1 ★ I'm surprised at all the negative reviews about the smart sock and the camera! Both PRODUCTS work great.. Here's the reason for the 1 star review...THE APP IS TRASH!! Recently the history log has stopped working, meaning that we can't see the data from overnights. Also, the need to close and restart the app a couple of times to get the image from the camera to load is frustrating. I understand if I'm at a location away from home, but being in a separate bedroom?! Please fix the bugs in the app!!

1 ★ Camera is the worst. I've spent up to 100 bucks on a wifi extender and a smart plug and nothing helped. It constantly disconnects for no reason. The rest of that 100 went towards another cam. Imagine having to explain to your 60 year old, technologically inept nanny that she has to force close an app constantly to make sure it's working. That she may see an image of the baby but that doesn't mean it's actually a live image. This camera was the worst purchase I've ever made. Sock is great.

1 ★ So many issues with this app! When going back into it, it opens on a frozen still of my baby and not a real time stream. It also doesn't load when turning it to full screen viewing. The sound turns itself off during the night so I don't hear him straight away until he starts crying loud. If it wasn't for the app, I would recommend the camera, but at this rate it's not worth the box it came in. Will buy a new camera soon I think.

3 ★ When my wife and I got the sock and camera, it was fantastic. Somewhere along the line, the speaker for the camera just stopped working. What irritates me the most about this app, is the fact that when I go to full screen mode the camera just won't transmit the feed. This will stay that way when I go back to the smaller screen. Also, when I switch from 1 app to a different one and then go back the camera feed is blank. If my wife and I have another baby, we just might try a normal baby monitor.

1 ★ This is a really bad app. It constantly freezes so you never know if you're looking at live footage or a screen thats frozen. Numerous times I woke up to a crying baby but when I look through the app it shows my baby sleeping without a sound (which was obviously not the case). You have to close out of the app completely and reopen it every to you want to check on your baby. We really want to take the whole owlet system back but can't because of missing the return window.

3 ★ Been using the sock for almost 6 months now and we have absolutely loved it, but recently we have started to have some issues with the app. It won't show us any logs of the previous night or any current heart and o2 rate even while the sock is on and sensor is green. Makes me worry that it is not going to function properly if needed. Hopefully these bugs are fixed soon!

1 ★ The sock works just fine, but this review is strictly for the app. It's horrible! If you minimize it on your phone and then open it again it will be frozen. You have to completely close it out and restart it every time. There is also a large delay from when the baby makes a noise or moves. Sometimes it can be a 5 min delay before I am notified. I have great internet, this app is the problem. Sometimes we are lucky if we can get it to connect to the camera at all.

2 ★ I love the sock. It has given me a great piece of mind knowing my daughter is OK. The reason for 2 star review is because of the app. The video feed is hit or miss. When I try to load the full screen camera view it loses the video feed and I have to complete close out the app. It's so frustrating to spend this much money on a product you can't always depend on.

1 ★ Horrible app for a product dependant on it. I do not understand how a wifi-only baby camera can have such a terrible app riddled with bugs. How can you have an app that constantly freezes, drops audio, and needs reset in order to work? Parents depend on this monitor and spent a lot of money on something that is presented as "high quality." Do I have to put a digital clock in view of the camera so I can confirm if the video is frozen? This is ridiculous for a $400 bundle. More stress than helpful

2 ★ If the app would work more often, then I'd definitely give it a higher rating but constantly having issues even connecting. Have done force closes, Uninstall and reinstall, log out and back in... husband's camera will connect (iPhone) but mine will not(galaxys20). For the price of this camera monitor you'd think it would function. So now I'm sitting in my baby's nursery because I want to make sure he's asleep and well but can't leave because the monitor will not connect.

4 ★ Monitor sock doesn't allow travel too far (20ft?) from the station without an alarm, and the charge on the sock doesn't last more than 12 hours. No way to save data beyond a certain window to track trends during development, except making my own spreadsheets. App feels sluggish and can get in a stuck state where I just have to kill and restart it. Other than that it does everything we need it to.

1 ★ Terrible app that has way to many bugs for something as important as a baby monitor. Video freezes. Audio cuts out. Tablet won't show video in full screen mode. How can a product that relys on wifi only have an app that barely works? We have to restart the app multiple times just to make sure the video isn't frozen or to get audio back. We wish we never spent $400 on the bundle. If anything, we should have just bought the smart sock.

4 ★ It works well. The camera is reliable and the sock If placed correctly will work as it's intended, so far have been really pleased. My one annoyance is the camera temperature sensor displays only Fahrenheit and there is no setting to change it to the most widely used degrees Celsius. Have contacted support and they have been unhelpful about it. For the cost of this you should be able to change that inside the app itself.

1 ★ Worst app ever. The app never connects to the camera nor the sock. If it does it takes forever, after restarting my phone multiple times. I should have read the reviews below before purchasing the owlet camera. The sock helps ease my anxiety as a first time mom, but that is when the sock actually works. Don't even consider getting the camera, go with something else. I wish we did.

5 ★ I love this device. We wouldn't have slept in the last year without it. App isn't always helpful but that may be due to service in our area. I do wish the company made bigger socks or devices for throughout childhood, especially for babies like mine, whom have special needs and development issues because the peace of mind this sock provides is amazing. Just this week the device made us aware of apnea spells our baby was having that we may not have known about otherwise had it not been for owlet
