The driver app is an integral part of the Bringg platform, providing everything drivers need to efficiently manage their deliveries, completely hands-free:
- Communicate and share location with managers, dispatchers and customers
- Receive tasks and detailed order info and easily navigate to delivery destinations
- Maintain proof of delivery and chain of custody for full control of the supply chain
- Collect barcodes, information, payments, photos, forms, comments and signatures

2 ★ The most aggravating thing about this app is the microphone. As a driver when you're trying to be hands-free we tend to use talk to text a lot however, the microphone feature in this app takes over all controls of your phone. Whether I press the microphone key or not there is a persistent bail that prompts me to say a command to bringg even when I don't need to. So when I try to text or make a phone call the microphone is not out and over written by the bring command.
3 ★ My experience with bring hasn't been all that fantastic. If AAA gives their contractors updated equipment to use instead of outdated Android tablets, I believe the experience with the new bring driver app would rise exponentially. Until then it'll be just a constant crash of operating systems which does not deliver a good product for the customer. Just my thoughts as a seasoned driver. I am proud of our industry and want to see it grow for the customer experience into the future
1 ★ Since the update it freezes current active orders if more orders are received whilst they're active. The only way to complete these orders is to complete them from the computer terminal afterward. Really annoying if you have multiple orders. Please fix!
3 ★ It seems though the microphone is required to operate the app. The microphone is too sensitive, causing constant interruption to any other processes. I have yet to nor found in a reason to use the microphone for any of my deliveries.
2 ★ After the new update I can't receive notification in my samsung Watch. I have checked all permissions and doesn't show any notification. Also,, the notification icon doesn't appear in my phone.
3 ★ Works okay. Semi-Frequent technical problems. Manifest updates are done seemingly sporadically, which makes it a bit frustrating when busy. Better than nothing though.
1 ★ The app is garbage. I've had to Uninstall several times. When the chime goes off it will not quit. Has serous bugs and needs fixed
1 ★ This app will force start itself up when it's not even open and I'm not even trying to open it I'll be on a separate app on my day off and this app just keeps forcing itself up taking out my other apps and I can't do any other task because this app just keeps forcing itself up
1 ★ The history now resets to the top of the list every time you go back. So if you intend to add things up, you must scroll back down and find your place every time.
4 ★ Hasn't crashed since the icon turned orange. App does what it needs to.
1 ★ Now the new order notification doesn't pop up in notification bar or on my smart watch. Note 9 and galaxy watch
1 ★ Very poor and keep on ferzing on me and have to get delco tearm to finish it for me and keeps not giving of store and were to take it to the people who older the food u need to fix this very quick
5 ★ Very reliable and top notch. Easy to use and understand
1 ★ Too many bugs. Can't switch between calls/jobs, can't accept calls/jobs despite hitting the button several times. Always have to log out then back in to continue my work.
