1 ★ Your team member doesn't know how to talk. She's calling me and talking to me asif she's my boss and I have to follow her instructions. Forcing me to add people and showinge attitude that "you are not doing this for free my company is paying you" what the hell is this. And when I was talking to her she disconnected the phone. Such a poor customer support team you guys have. Doesn't know basic things how to talk and not even aware about your own company process. Saying "ye to ayse he rhega"

1 ★ Unprofessional Behaviour, added customers by Otipy who are far from our location and when we asked to cancel the order they cancelled our partners subscription, so guys be ready to deliver anywhere else they will not be helpful.
4 ★ Who better than an Otipy partner can provide impartial and unbiased review and ratings about the App. The app has shown great developments with their regular introduction of updates and features. Moreover, the organization has a habit of implementing the suggestions of the partners w.r.t new features to be updated for ease of use and maximum potential of data extraction. Kudos to the Management team and their supportive branches to listen patiently to our requirements and implementing the same.

1 ★ Although I found a good and a unique way for my wfh but i got no support from your customer service, I had a good customer base with me but for no use as I have not received any assistance how I need to go ahead so i thought it is better to stop then a loss. Improve your customer service
4 ★ This updated one is not user friendly and apparently not good designed. Kindly make it simpler and more informative like I am unable to get the total order value of my customers etc.
