3 ★ -1 Star for advertising a missing "loyalty program" since the app came out. -1 Star for randomly deactivating promo codes that were given to corporates and individual customers. Other than that, the app is just okay, like any other delivery app. Nothing special that puts it on top. Would just come down to your preference.
1 ★ Cancellation of order is very tricky and not possible, snoonu cancellation option will not connect to any customer service executive. And meanwhile already the order is already prepared and yiu end up paying for it.
5 ★ Good service, disciplined staff's. Overall it's an amazing, cool experience.
2 ★ Snoonu has no way to rate orders or get credit for terrible food once received. Delivery time is longer than Talabet and never on time.Snoonu App is awful and not working half the time.

1 ★ I don't usually write reviews, but this time, I'm pissd at the customer service attitude. You ask a question, and the answer has nothing to do with the question asked. You explain your issue to them, and without investigating or at least contacting the restaurant, they give you generic answers. Worst customer service experience.

5 ★ Outstanding App and delivery services, very professional drivers...wow!!!
3 ★ Great app, just a pity they filter posting negative restaurant ratings. It would be a great help reading honest feedback before ordering from some restaurants, especially Jolibee👎. Unfortunately, the customer service side tracked my complaint that my feedback should have been posted to the restaurant ratings and was selectively missed.
2 ★ While the delivery service is good, the customer service is bad in case of any complaints associated with the order. there is minimal to almost no conversation when chatting with an agent so i dont know if the complaints regarding food issues are even considered seriously. Thats why i prefer Talabat.
1 ★ it happens more than 4 times i was trying to place an order and every time they said oops invalid order and once we waited more than 1 hour waiting and the driver didn't arrive to the pharmacy
