Description
With smart home platform ORVIBO Home, you can many controls as follow.
-Control and manage all kinds of devices like curtains, air conditioners, TV, lights, switches, sockets and etc in one APP.
-Create different scenes to control multiple devices.
-Make ‘If this then that’ synchronizations scenario.

Our Smart Socket S20 is not supported by ORVIBO Home. You can operate S20 with WiWo APP. We feel sincerely sorry for the inconvenience caused to you.

5 ★ So I got one of these for a security camera and it worked great. So then I bought a 4 pack and figure I'd add some lights or something later. I set up the 1st one and deleted the original one because it's for a different location and no longer needed. I set up the 2nd one and it worked fine. I went to setup the 3rd one and it connectes to the network, then says it's finished and I click done. No other option is listed to add it to a room or rename it. On my rooms there is still only 2 sockets listed. How do I add the other 2? I am using the smart socket S20 US. Also, I read an earlier review saying the other app is no longer available. Now I thought it was maybe the app needed an update, but the updated version doesn't support the S20 at all. UPDATE: I spoke to the manufacturer and they said to use the S25 US setting in the app. That worked and my sockets are all working in one app. Very quick response from the manufacturer also. Wish I could give them 10 stars.
1 ★ I use this app to operate 2 smart plugs. Worked ok initially, but now the app refuses to work, and states the plugs are offline. Try to troubleshoot it, all the app tells you to do is to check your router and modem, which are functioning fine. I google to find more help, and stumble across a *very* informative post detailing Orvibo leaking user information, and how they didn't plug the leak for weeks. With that info I am done. I'll be throwing away plugs and deleting the app. Do not recommend.
1 ★ Apparently this vendor pushed out an update, the layout is completely reskinned, the icons are all different, all of my remotes are suddenly gone! Zero of five stars. Also in the past, renaming or editing scenes or macros or rooms has been impossible to find in the layout, buttons, menus, and their website is horrible for FAQ and technical support and how to's.
3 ★ Orvibo came highly recommended. The app is very well designed. The magic cube IR product is very well put together. Once you create a remote code for your Electronic device like your TV or projector, it works great. And if you're using it with Google or with Alexa, it does get recognized. If your product is not recognized by the app then you have to create a custom remote. That will not port over to Google or Alexa as a recognized product. Sent a support email, no response.
4 ★ Decent app. Wish it had long press feature. For example, I have a fan that cycles through speeds when you press the power button, however, if you want to turn it off, rather than cycle, you hold down the power button for about 2 seconds. There doesn't seem to be an option in the app to specify a long press.
2 ★ Updated: newer version of the app is not working as well. It doesn't pick up my devices when setting up new scenes so I'm stuck - unable to update or create new scenes. Love the schedules and ability to bundle multiple actions together. Could be more intuitive but does the job.
1 ★ Defining automation/scene doesn't work. I had 5 devices that I originally was able to add to automations/scene. I got 2 more (identical to 3 old ones). I can uses the new devices but I cant add them to a scene/automation. Really frustrating.
4 ★ Good app and it would be better if the developer could fix the bug that makes the app sync properly when not in use. Also, fix the notification sound so that we can use the in-app default sound for security alarms and so on.
2 ★ Horrible app...it does not function and you can't add photos or get your cell phone verified. Nothing in this app works.
1 ★ Requires sign up with phone numbet, but text verification doesn't work, there's no option to sign up with an email address.
1 ★ The S31 SOCKET works great. The APP SUCKZ BALLZ & HASNT WORKED IN OVER A YEAR. DONT BUY THESE THINGS as they purposly break the app in a year or so. AI & this ap is only as smart as the morons that make it !!!
1 ★ Have to sign up using phone number but won't send verification code, will be returning the unit, kind of useless with out the app function.
4 ★ App is pretty good overall. Does what it states it will do. Unfortunately on both amplifiers I use, holding down the volume up or down button will not keep turning up the volume. Having to press the volume button up 30 times to get it to a good volume is pretty annoying. That would be an excellent feature to put into a new update.
3 ★ The app does not setup a new device (smary remote) on a Pixel phone. It is just stuck after you enter the WIFI password. Fortunately I was able to finally set it up using a different phone (LG G6). I would expect it to work on all Google's flagship phones. Has I not have a different phone I would not be able to set it up. Once the device was setup the app is very intuitive to use.
4 ★ Overall I am liking the app, but wish the developer kept updating the app to make it easier. 1) I hope they make a widget for Android to control your all off your remotes or scenes off the home page. That would make life way because it's right infront of you. 2) make it compatible with more products out, such as rgb lights. Everytime I turn on my lights, the lights reset and take a while them to turn on. Wish they can make a setting that let's that bypass. 3) weekly updates/listen to consumers.
