2 ★ แอพเด้งตลอดเลยค่ะ อยากให้พัฒนาแอพมากๆเลย ยิ่งช่วงสถานการณ์แบบนี้คนช้อปออนไลน์เยอะ ยิ่งเป็นโอกาสที่ดีที่จะพัฒนาแอพนะคะ ส่วนตัวปกติซื้อที่เคาต์เตอร์โอพีตลอด แต่สถานการณ์ไม่เป็นใจ แต่อยากอุดหนุนโดยตรง แอพก็เด้งอีก อืดด้วย ช้าด้วย กดเลือกๆไปแล้วเด้งออกตลอด เหมือนไม่อยากให้เราซื้อ😅
1 ★ แอปห่วยมาก การตอบสนองช้า กว่าจะหาของได้แต่ละอย่างยากเย็น พอหยิบใส่ตระกร้าแล้ว กว่าจะตกลงสั่งซื้อได้ก็นาน พอไปหน้าชำระเงินก็ error หลายครั้ง เสียเวลาเป็นครึ่งค่อนชั่งโมง ซื้ออะไรไม่ได้สักอย่าง
1 ★ แอพดูใช้งานยากไปหน่อยนะ ไม่เสถียรอีก โหลดช้ามาก ถ้าจะมีแอพแล้วทำอะไรไม่ค่อยได้ อย่ามีเลยดีกว่า ลองปรับปรุงรูปแบบแอพดีๆนะคะ การใช้งานที่ง่ายขึ้น เร็วขึ้น กดเลือกสินค้าได้สะดวกขึ้นเป็นหมวดหมู่ ก็จะดีมาก ตลาดออนไลน์ควรทำให้กระชับแลรวดเร็วต่อผู้ซื้อนะคะ ไม่ชอบความยุ่งยากค่ะ
2 ★ จะลงชื่อเข้าใช้แล้วเด้งออกตลอดเลยค่ะ ลบลงใหม่แล้วก็ยังเหมือนเดิม
