1 ★ Horribly unreliable UI, that cuts out and short circuits when you try to reply to an email. It does, however, consistently notify you of new emails. Installed for work, would not have installed otherwise. Please take this app off the sidelines and spend some time developing it!
1 ★ I have the older version of the app which was also horrible and rarely successfully sent out emails from my phone. This one doesn't even have a working login button and serves 0 function for even existing. Im not sure how this company manages to still exist and why in the world schools/companies choose to use it.
1 ★ Same problem as everyone one else below!!! Having to use my old iPhone just to access original firstclass.
1 ★ Can't get passed the login screen. Entered the correct server address, user name, & password. Nothing happens. Tried 1/2 a year ago and tried again today, same problem.
1 ★ When are you going to renew this app? It is constantly crashing on Androids. What happened to the other first class app? It was at least a little better than this! It would be nice if this county went to another type of emailing system.
1 ★ This app is horrible. I can't even sign in. There use to be another firstclass app that most people use and have to this day however I cannot find it on google play. This is disappointing as it is the email we use for all teachers.
2 ★ Not great at all, loads ok and can generally see most recent emails, going back further than a few days can be problematic. Very buggy and prone to freezing.
1 ★ Can't login. my info is correct, err_cleartext_not_permitted shows up every time I try. I have an android phone. the app worked on my old phone.
4 ★ If you have an android phone, you have to put in the SERVER address in the top line. Its not indicated in the line which sucks. Please label it! Otheriwse, it works great! :) Ask your county or technology person at your school and they should have the server to use it.
1 ★ This app is garbage on Android. Didn't work at all, period. And the old app would not let you send emails or check your calendar. Very disappointing. Save yourself a headache, don't even try to use.
1 ★ Useless. Can't enter server address (assuming the search bar looking field is where it's supposed to go). No clear direction. No instructions. Theis app is a joke.
1 ★ I can not open emails. I'm only given the option to mark for deletion. The older version was far better. This app is extremely frustrating and worthless.
1 ★ old app stopped working and disappeared. this new version will not open and I would like to be able to check my work email on my phone. This app stinks!
1 ★ This app is not user friendly and had a horrible interface. The old Firstclass Mobile was much better. Unfortunately no longer available on Android.
1 ★ Always glitchy. A lot of times I can't even open my mail. Honestly it has to be one of the worst email apps ever.
