1 ★ The most terribly designed app I have ever seen. One major flaw (but not the only)- if you receive an email that has a bunch of recipients, you will not be able to see the message. I would strongly urge anyone that goes to a school using firstclass to lobby for a change asap. Besides, Google has an incredible alternative to this that is far more feature rich and user friendly.

1 ★ If there was a way to put zero stars I would! I can't wait for my company to discontinue using First Class for our email service. The app keeps giving me Network Errors even after several UN-installs and re-installations of the app. What a waste!

2 ★ I need this app to keep up with school emails and it seems fine. I only wish that I would get notifications of the emails I get sooner - not just when I already open the app. Also, I wish there was a built in contact list like the PC version where the entire email comes up if you type in a name or a few letters. Overall though, this app seems to be working fine.

1 ★ Very frustrating that the I Phone version of this app is supported and functional and that this one isn't. Please fix so that all may use. I can't even log in due to error messages. Makes it difficult to keep up with my work emails on the go.

3 ★ CHECK WITH YOUR EMPLOYER, the Android app uses a different server than iOS and the desktop version. As soon as you find out the correct server, it works just fine. Unfortunately it's rather limited compared to the iOS version (no chat etc).

1 ★ It does not work on the android system. I tried to use it on my htc one x, and my samsung galaxy tablet with no results. I did try it on my wifes iphone and it worked. I know the system works and it is very useful but the android support is pitiful at best. Please please please give more support to the android market. The error message I got was #8 network I/O. Like I said tried it the wifes iphone and it worked just fine.

1 ★ If you have to use it for work just know that it's unreliable. Write any email of importance on a computer. Editing a message before sending in any way seems to make it disappear completely. I can't stress enough how terrible this application operates.

1 ★ How about trying to make this app work correctly for android. Everyone at work with an iPhone never complains about this app not working. I do rely heavily on using my phone to check work emails and this is really holding me back.

1 ★ Having switched from iPhone to Android, I have been very disappointed with the functionality of this app. Why would the developer not include basic features such as calendar access? Without access to features such as this, the Android version is essentially useless to me.

4 ★ Works perfect. I really think the people that can't pass login is because they never put a SERVER Address/name. Only the tech person knows it & they can help you make it work. The only thing I dislike & wish it had, is CHAT. Like on the computer you can search & see who's on line & chat, but this app doesn't have it... PLEASE UPGRADE... :-D

1 ★ The network error alert pops up constantly. I know all the information is correct. One star because it is the only way Google lets me submit a review, more likely a half star or less since it does not work at all.

2 ★ The FirstClass desktop client is so outrageously bad that I had crazy low expectations from this app. Well, good news! It meets those expectations perfectly. It's handy for accessing email...sometimes; that is, when it's not throwing network errors.

1 ★ This app deserves a negative 5 rating. It could not have more glitches and error out more. Replies error out after writing long responses or it will ask you to log in and then tell you that you are already logged in. It is absolutely pathetic. Worst system ever. Just go out of business already.

2 ★ I don't have access to all my folders and conferences, I can't search, I can't check the email history to see if emails have been read or not. Additionally, of I have unread messages in my inbox that are not necessarily new (and I always do), my phone constantly notifies me that there are unread messages in my inbox. The most annoying feature of all is how unstable the compose message function is. Little things can disrupt the application and it doesn't save drafts. Messages just disappear.

1 ★ I've had nothing but issues with this app, constant freezes and crashes. Being my work email, this is a huge inconvenience. I haven't even been able to connect for the last 3 days. I think it's about time for an update.
