1 ★ Password did not match, it literally forgot my email and I was able to register again on the same email. Worst piece of software I've ever seen as a software engineer

4 ★ 2019.09 App is quicker than Android website for searching empty seats.

1 ★ Sovellukseen ei ole pystynyt kirjautumaan sisään moneen kuukauteen. Sovelluksen poistaminen ja uudelleen asentaminen ei auta, joten ongelma on itse sovelluksen koodissa. Myöskään salasanan nollaaminen ei onnistu sovelluksessa. Sovellus on siis käyttökelvoton nykyisessä muodossaan.
1 ★ Hinnat korkeampia apissa kuin matkahuollon sivuilla. Täyttä huijausta.
2 ★ Paikkaa ei voi valita.
1 ★ Älkää käyttäkö tätä sovellusta. Ostin lipun, mutta en saanut lippua, tuli error viesti että tulisi ottaa asiakaspalveluun yhteyttä. Tarkistin, niin rahat kyllä lähti tililtä, mutta mitään en vastineeksi saanut, kuten sähköposti varmennusta tai sovelluksen sisäistä kuittia. Nyt olen yrittänyt soittaa numeroon, joka on merkitty juuri tätä ongelmatilannetta varten onnibussin sivuille, mutta ei sieltä kukaan vastaa.
