5 ★ We love Kneaders and order breakfast sandwiches from here quite frequently. The food is delicious, the staff is friendly, and curbside pickup is ready quickly. Highly recommend.
4 ★ works well but dont like how just trying to hit back button closes app and have to reopen it. order went smoothly though.
2 ★ App is easy enough and simple to use. Everytime I order through app the merhant thinks they can skip on giving brown sugar for oat meal or strawberries for pancakes, and there is no option to complain about that specific order in app or rate the order... today was the 3rd time this has happened. Ordered 4 sets of pancakes (the kneaders way)and not one came with strawberries or whip cream. Even gave a tip hoping it would not happen again. Users Beware! ORDER THROUGH A WEBSITE OR DOORDASH
1 ★ Got a free pastry reward for my birthday, went to checkout and they took the reward away from me and I wasn't able to use it. Tried to contact support but they won't let me send my ticket to them when I push send. Indian givers.
2 ★ the contact support feature fails to let me contact support (1 star added because developer responded, more will follow when the broken app is fixed!)

4 ★ They're very insistent on adding your card, since the functionality of their non-card options like uploading receipts and such are broken, but otherwise it's a very good app.

1 ★ double charged me for 2 diff amts. 1 w my coupon 1 without cause it said I used it already but yet it said it was timed out in app. but I still got charged 2 times

5 ★ LOVE kneaders! Always the best on bad and good days. Love to go there and just sit and read book or do work. Merchandise is pricey but sooooo cute! Wait till they go on sale as holidays and seasons pass.
