1 ★ The latest update removed the option to customize. Now you can no longer can make any sandwich green style. You can only customize the standard burger and cheeseburger.
1 ★ Can you please fix this app already? I'm not ordering anymore from BurgerFi until this app goes back to be able to customize the order like it was before. Update: i cannot believe there was an upgrade recently and the customized version wasn't fixed. Why bother leave reviews if nothing happens?
3 ★ Ordered from here once online. Food was good, so I downloaded the app. When I try searching my area, the locations is showing Florida locations while I'm searching for a ZIP Code in Illinois.
1 ★ Lacks functionality. I want to be able to order as I would in the store. Can't order green style, can't customize toppings.
1 ★ Some Burgers have been removed and I can't customize. I'm not calling to order by phone since they like to keep me on hold for a long time. Lost my business today unfortunately.

1 ★ This used to be a good app until they took away the ability to customize orders. Seriously, what is the reasoning behind that? Poor development? Not sure, but I have always used the app to order for pickup since I am nearby, but I can't be bothered with this app anymore.
1 ★ Really loved burgerfi until they changed their menu, taking the keto burger off was a bad move as was taking all customization out of the app. Bring back those two things and it would be 5 stars but since they took our favorites away I give it 1 star and will be eating at your competition from now on
1 ★ I am tired of the changes in the menu. I cannotc customize and some options are no longer there. I prefer to order via the app and pickup. Unti things are fixed, I will order elsewhere.
1 ★ The team at Level up really should be embarrassed by their work on this app. I have rarely been able to successfully place an order with the app. Last week, it wouldn't even let me check out with a BurgerFi cheeseburger in my cart. Today, they've update the app again and I can't even order a green style burger. The week before the app wouldn't allow me to order onion rings, and before that no toppings for fries. It's ALWAYS something and I've escalated to BurgeFi and LevelUp many times.
1 ★ Great food, horrible app. The app is useless. Apparently, because I entered a delivery address one time at a location that doesn't deliver, I now can't even order for pickup? Seriously, BurgerFi needs to cut ties with this app developer. We were going to order from you tonight, but with this much trouble? Nope, we'll go elsewhere today.
4 ★ Much better than the original one from a few years ago. But don't forget to turn on notifications or check for rewards often.
