1 ★ Ola prime plus is cheating, promised daily is 24 Rupees per k/h on saturday and Sunday 29 r/km. They give only 15 r/ km. For going to prime plus location payment is not paid, after joining prime plus you can't go back to normal ola. All incentives scheme is removed. They don't subtract online payments from balance payments it only keeps on adding. You can not cancel booking if the customer is not answering or not booked the ride. The app is very slow. Please don't join ola prime plus .
1 ★ This app no longer works for Telstra customers in Sydney, says it will send an OTP for login, but it doesn't send. Have contacted support several times, but looks like they can't fix the issue with Telstra. Had to move to uber and DiDi
1 ★ Who is the new advisor in app development team, this is the worst update till now. Map is installed directly from moon. What the rubbish app . Why you all are ruining big legacy of ola. First of all you have stopped all channels to connect with ola. No driver can contact you, for any app issue or personal or trip related issue. Ola is only company, who has stopped all channels to connect you. And after that you made such rubbish application.
1 ★ Worst platform.. Not calculating distance correctly... selective drivers gets trips.. many others get not even one in a day... Many drivers uses old version and they are getting trips... Update app and make it mandatory otherwise block their accounts
3 ★ Rapido has now launched a cab service in Chennai where cabs are tolled just like auto rickshaws. It shows the distance, amount, time, everything is very easy for the cab drivers and No Acceptance rating. It would be great if Ola please removes this acceptance rating and provides cab service in radar mode. Ola will be well received by cab drivers if they provide this radar system...
1 ★ So sad to register with ola, i am trying to register since 3 days but every time its failed due to technical error, and My vehicle insurance submission fails its showing every time that details not match. But in uber its verified, in rapido its verified, in Delivery its veryfied...only ola showing the error which is like a joke. Same on this type of service
2 ★ It is not a 100% trustworthy app. Payment showing before the trip and upon completion is not matching. besides it gave me big loss due to not updating the trip timely also they hided the entire trip from my earnings history..WATCH OUT GUYS!
1 ★ The fraud app . They using ola scooty maping for auto rides . Which incurs in less kilometres. When they using Google maps in drive starts. But they count as their ola scooty routs. Which is very much less in many rides. Also the actual meter reading on vechile and there maps is very different. Also the coustomer support is not never connecting in time or not connecting maximum times . Drivers are slave for them . So pls avoid using ola for your trusted income . Else use other platforms
1 ★ Need to add barcode system when drivers collect amount from customer like rapido because most customers ordering cash order but paying online so OLA need to consider on barcode system. It will be helpful for both uber company & OLA driver. And frauds will be decreased.
1 ★ App is not working properly always showing no network coverage and one more thing that inbuilt navigation is too worst always showing wrong route and not working fast lyk Google map if I compare to Google map it's too worst don't use this bloody inbuilt navigation
1 ★ Very very very bad experience with Ola they don't have offices in kolkata there is no contract number if any drivers get in to any trouble with customer or any type of issues now they have started one way toll in outstation bookings, then who will pay for return toll?? That's why Ola partners and drivers they're moving to other platforms, everything facilitate to customer not to drivers partners very annoying..you should guys work on commission instead of 30% take 15%..if possible otherwise bye.

I was paid to toll charges 47 rupes. but they refunded 10 rupes only tried to connect customer service. it 8s told always use partner care in app. thta app is showing 10rs toll plaza only but am not travelled in thta way. what the map shows travelled in thta way only it charged 47. note: uber is 1000 times better then u. 1000% customer satisfaction & customer service better resolution on call.
1 ★ I receive incorrect direction while using GO-TO function, I didn't receive big rides and change the booking timer function the same isn't working properly with my device hence requesting you please change it to previous update, some users didn't update the app hence they receive the booking immediately than updated users, please fix this bug ASAP
1 ★ Every auto driver uses the auto clicker application, from which every trip comes, all of them run on it, this is the only way to detect the auto clicker app in the driver application, so that it can be removed from which all the trips are made. And if any driver uses auto clicker application, his account will be suspended. My humble request pls 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
2 ★ Please I request to ola management give us customer care number we want to talk and slove the problem,,bocz in the msg not giving any response properly,,,so please provide us phone number,,and The big problem is going on bike ride,,here in the app is showing different km and customer is getting different km,,and if we take long pickup it is showing here in the app 6to7 km different between customer and us,,please slove this big problem otherwise we cannot continue this kind of work,,,
