Description
Some of the custom DCEMA app features include an RSS News Feed, Blogs, and Social Media Integration to name a few. Never be unprepared in Delaware County/Muncie again for an emergency situation with the DCEMA app.
Messages delivered to this app are intended to be a best effort communication and represent just one component of the Emergency Management communications in your area. This APP is intended to be warnings for the County represented within the app.
Never rely on this app to give you warnings of dangers or emergencies. Utilize all other emergency warnings in your area. Message notifications may be delayed by the carrier or not received during regional emergencies or other periods of high messaging traffic.
Any delivery of messages within this app is not always predictable and, therefore, a message may potentially be significantly delayed or not received.

DCEMA 2.2 APK requires following permissions:
Allows an application to initiate a phone call without going through the Dialer user interface for the user to confirm the call.
Allows applications to open network sockets.
Allows applications to access information about networks.
Allows using PowerManager WakeLocks to keep processor from sleeping or screen from dimming.
Allows an application to write to external storage.

3 ★ Like the app however if listening to radio part of app it won't run in background once you switch or minimizes the app it automatically pauses.

1 ★ Whnever u click play 2 listen 2 the police scanner, emt radio, etc., nothing happens, it doesn't even try 2 buffer, just dead link. Other links r severely out of date, like breaking news. Don't bother.
