1 ★ Verification for banks doesn't work. Keeps accepting my id and portrait photos then when I get to the end of the process, says that my id photos are no good. Repeat a dozen times. Fail. Gave up. Went and downloaded Alipay. Worked first time. Bye bye Octopus forever.
5 ★ thanks to this app..it's so very useful.. a while a ago when I was trying to reload my octopus card..the money didn't went into the card..it was my mistake actually so when you try to use the NFc just make sure you have a good connection and you put your card properly to avoid negative balances...but the best part..the money didn't lost at all..I just restart my mobile..it went back.
1 ★ the app stuck after and become useless after restart .... fix the stupid bugs
1 ★ The one function of this app which should have been really useful is stuck behind terrible app design or something. In order to be able to top up your octopus with a bank account balance, you need to verify with your ID, which never works no mater how perfect you get your HKID to fit within the frame with perfect lighting. You can hold your phone up for 30 minutes and the frame will never turn green to help you progress. Useless app with wasted potential.
2 ★ How can you photo the ID without shadow, enough light, no reflection but need all side fitting the box ( That means the phone must be placed right on top of the ID). It just make no sense! Have tried 50+ time.
1 ★ I don't know why the maintenance need to put all the app features in maintenance mode As the most recent transactions only can retrieve from the Octopus card, why can't the app allow to check Octopus balance and recent transactions when your server side is in maintenance? Or give a shorter maintenance for these features?
1 ★ My mobile phone and your app was suddenly disconnected. What has gone wrong? Please advise how to reconnect them. Thanks!
1 ★ They canceled my account after all the verifications and a photo of ID because I missed one of their junk e-mails, then when I was allowed to register again HKID as many users below is never "identified" by their system no matter how much you try. It's a total rubbish app.

5 ★ very well made app with a fantastic feature set. minimal errors too. just wish there was a way to get the card as a virtual card usable on Google pay
4 ★ We should be able to use phone NFC as the octopus card, I just can't understand why the company has not made it possible after so many years.
2 ★ After 50 tries of failed ID registration have up. All images are clear and sharp, still no success.
1 ★ No response. Reboot, no response. Upgrade. Slowly crawling... Took me 20 min to make this work. What a waste of time.
1 ★ The app force closed every time recently, not sure due to latest updates or Google service messing up.
1 ★ pressing the "Next" button on the "sign up" screen has no response at all. Cannot even sign up.
