Amasele Fit is an application offering a wide choice of timers.

She will accompany you during your training sessions and recovery phases.

Sixteen timers are available, from the simplest to the most advanced:

- Stopwatch
- Timer
- Metronome
- 2 timers for stretching
- 8 Workout timers

Three random Workout timers are added to the list to bring some FUN to your group workouts:

- Easy: Amasele Fit chooses the duration of repetitions over a range of 10 to 60s. In this mode, the repetitions will all have the same duration and the rest will all have the same duration. The rest period will be longer than the duration of the repetitions.

- Medium: Amasele Fit chooses the duration of repetitions over a range of 10 to 60s. In this mode, the repetitions will all have the same duration and the rest will all have the same duration. The duration of the repetitions will be greater than the rest period.

- Hard: Amasele Fit chooses the duration of repetitions over a range of 10 to 60s. In this mode, all the repetition and rest times will be different. The rest period may be shorter than the duration of the rehearsals

Finally, you have the option to create your own timer by choosing the number of repetitions and the times of exercise and rest.
