Description
If you're having trouble with an upgrade or crashing/freezing issues, select the MyMetro app in your phone settings and clear all app storage. Try to re-download the app from the Play Store, or just re-launch if there is not an update option. You must accept all requested permissions, turn off wifi, and upgrade to the latest version of MyMetro; otherwise the app may not work properly. Dial 888-8Metro8 and request a representative if you continue to experience issues after following these steps.

1 ★ This is the worse. I USED to be able to pay my bill with NO problem. Now I can't anymore. It keeps saying that the numbers are incorrect when IT'S CLEARLY not. The whole purpose of us having this app is so we can pay our phone bills. Right? AND WHY ISNT ANYBODY TAKING OUR RATINGS OR COMMENTS INTO CONSIDERATION?! I'M TIRED OF PAYING EXTRA MONEY TO PAY MY DAMN BILL IN PERSON!! This is RIDICULOUS!! Yall seriously need to fix this!!! ASAP! Cause we're not happy customers. At all!
1 ★ My phone was ok but now I can't even watch a short video without it having to refresh. My days usage has gone way up and even though I went through the settings to NOT allow any program's to run in the back ground many of them are still running in the back ground including this app! This app even though I do not use it was one of the highest data users! Have convenient is that! Not to me though. I can't connect to wifi when I do want to watch videos! This is all just to use up my data .
2 ★ I haven't had a problem with any phone I've had, the phone is fine. My problem is customer service. When I got a new phone in May I had issues that very day. First I had to create a new google account to be able to do anything on the phone. I fixed that problem it was frustrating but doable. After having to go in circles with google I had to deal with metro pcs customer debonair for a hour. The problem was that after 4 or 5pm my data would just go kaput. I call the first day and could
1 ★ Why do I have to do anything to block third parties from billing me?! Idiotic waste of my time having to go block third party billing. Instead of making every customer have to go block third party billing, why not have it automatically blocked and make the VERY FEW customers who actually want it go and enable it?
1 ★ I often get trapped in a loop when trying to pay my bill. App won't let me pay and when I call 611 I get the app opened up instead. I'll have to borrow a phone to dial out to customer service. It seems other times the app is completely down and not functioning. If you need to buy extra hot spot data and the app hiccups when trying to pay it shows you owe $5 and service gets immediately cutoff and you can only pay by borrowing a phone etc.
1 ★ The"unlimited" Gigabytes promised to me for the monthly payment of 55$ is a flat out lie...After I get to 35 gigs my T-Mobile service is drastically slowed down and buffering is a constant irritant... I haven't decided yet on keeping your service, before I check around your competition...I am not amused with bait and switch tactics and outright lies...If you're going to maintain this fraudulent activity on my service, I will leave T-Mobile never to return.. End of message...
1 ★ I have not been able to make a payment thru my app for the second month now and nobody is doing anything about it! It keeps telling me my card is invalid and i know for a fact its not! And i just had an agent try and he hung up on me. I have been with Metro for years and have never had a problem but now i am seriously considering taking my business elsewhere.
1 ★ I'm extremely upset that Metro has increased payment in person fees! I can understand if Metro would increase the fee by a few cents but it was increased by a FULL ONE DOLLAR!! That's total greed!!!! I'm aware of my option to pay online to avoid a charge. I pay in person most of the time and don't appreciate that ONE MORE DOLLAR increase!! GREEDY! TOTAL GREED!! With everything else that's going on the last thing we needed was Metro's increase!! Bad business for customers!!! NO STARS.
1 ★ Been with MetroPCS since they started. Recently, they've started jumping around on what days they charge my account for the month. That's twice now they've caused my account to overdraft due to this inconsistency. If they had debited on the correct scheduled day all would be fine. I'm switching to a new carrier
1 ★ Has ANYONE taken notice that none of our complaints are being acknowledged by this pathetic company???? To begin, I am not able to connect my new phone with the app. I have gone in circles through the app, transferred to customer service, then get an automated message that one must come into the store to update phone. The customer service rep advised me to use the metro pcs by t-mobile. Wrong. That didn't work either. Not pathetic enough? Now, the app keeps closing. I am ready to cancel service!
1 ★ Ive been with metro for about 10 yrs. I needed a 1 day extention to pay my bill. I called customer service earlier in the day b4 my phone was shut off & asked for an extension.. Both times they told me id have to wait until my phone was shut off at 12am then call & ask for an extension, which i thought was very odd.. I asked, will i be able to call after my phs shutoff & talk to someone? She said, absolutely. When i tried after 12am auto system said your not eligible, & a live agent cant help me
1 ★ The two-step verification process is a joke. It sent me 8 separate 6 digit PIN codes, and after entering all 8 codes, not one of them worked. They charged me a dollar for help with this, and it took over an hour of my time, and was literally wasted since it still did not allow me on the app. Verify this: I'm switching my service!!!!!
1 ★ Horrible, I I had a phone that I really really loved, I had it for 8 months, the 9th mo. I was 2 days late on payment, could not help it ( minor problem making payment that no.) I went into store to pay and the Rep said I had to pay $82 instead of $53. He began to tell me to get new one at $88 , finally convinced I bought it. I now have a phone that I can't use love the old phone and it's no good. Been using new one for 10mo's. what am I supposed to do with the old one I love? Throw it away?WOW
4 ★ Metro used to be great but ever since the merge with TMobile and 5G towers, it has become garbage. Calls constantly drop, messages take forever and if you use too much data (even though it's supposedly unlimited) your phone stops working.
