1 ★ Borderline unusable due to app critically crashing on log-in if forgetting to log-out from my account upon closing. Once inside it does what it is supposed to. Nothing more, nothing less, but I use Nordic Choise in line of work and I have removed and re-installed the app well over 30 times now because it works first time and after logging in. If I for some reason closes the app without logging out it critically crashes before I get to the log-in and only remedy is to uninstall and reinstall.
1 ★ I like the hotels, but the app experience is lousy. Wrong results in searches. Can't find certain packages that are bookable on the website etc. Someone trying to save money on the digital experience, forcing customers out to external booking sites.. Not the greatest customer retention strategy maybe?
1 ★ Really bad app. Im logged in, yet it will only allow me to complete my booking if I click the green 'login' button during booking, but that button doesn't work since I'm already logged in so nothing happens. Then I have to click 'become a member' and fill in all my info, but the booking fails because I'm already a member. Tried multiple times. Waste of my time. Please pay for a better app.
2 ★ Unstable app, often problems with ouchers and recently the highly informative "Ooops! Ssomething went wrong." Error message radomly in the app. Good idea, poorly executed.
1 ★ For some reason the app doesn't have me being logged in when booking, making me unable to book at membership prices and gain points, which makes this app useless. This is despite me already being logged into the app, it's just while booking it doesn't work.
1 ★ Nordic Choice Hotels app? No. That's too informative. It is almost like the name describes exactly what it is. We need something more "FRESH". Lets put random words on little notes, put it in a hat, shake the hat, smoke meth, wear the hat, forget what we were doing... STRAWBERRY!!!!
1 ★ Nothing works. I can't even send an feedback because the feedback function doesn't work. I can't get bonus points because the hotel can not register me to the app.
1 ★ I'm a member. The app is trash and the developers should be fired. Have started using other premium hotels because booking is easier on my phone. Take it offline and get someone who knows what they are doing to redesign and redevelop it before it hurts your brand more.
1 ★ Impossible to log in through this app, showing failed password (which is not!) but no problem at all when logging in on their website. So confusing
1 ★ Doesn't allow new members to register. Keep getting errors on the final stage. As such, useless hotel scheme.
1 ★ Impossible to pay with your bonus points. Always "sold out".
1 ★ Awful. Can't even submit feedback without it giving me some kind of warning symbol with no explanation. Says to ensure I've latest version, so uninstalled and reinstalled. Same problem.
5 ★ I love booking with this hotel because they're always giving me the best rate possible! And they always give me a nice room. And the price they give you is what you pay nothing else. Thank you
4 ★ Can't set up my account. Clicked link in recieved email to set up my password and got a 404. I see that this is a problem you've been having for some time now... Edit: problem sorted, thank you!
1 ★ Went to make an account so we could login to our profile for easy hotel check in. Would not let me create account, app kept saying error. I uninstalled it.
