GARBAGE TO GARDEN APK

This application (app) is designed to collect waste related data and information from surrounding areas of the user. The users could choose language from three languages; Hindi, English and Bengali, according to their convenience. After gathering the information it will correlate the data for better understanding of environment around, further the app will put right the responsibility of the residents and duty bearers. The app has been developed with an objective to enhance the basic proactive approach of commoners towards solid and liquid waste management. The application has been designed in very user friendly way enabling everybody to use it and get desired information at hand. The app will start with a two and half minutes of animated video on solid and liquid waste management having references of different ways and methods of home composting, plastic segregations and use of organic manure in kitchen gardening along with the process of manure making by different home composting methods. The introductory video will certainly increase the interests of the users about the issue/ subject.
The video will follow with a questionnaire and users will be requested to answer the given questions. After giving the answers, the users will get an auto generated certificate on his/her name from Mission Sunehra Kal; an ITC’s Corporate Social Responsibility Initiative on solid and liquid waste management.
