1 ★ I tried having the app not show me news about sport related articles, but all it does is show support related news articles. Please have your apps configuration settings mean something.

1 ★ Doesn't update. It's very clunky and frustrating to use. Pity as it looks good. Compares badly to using website. Take a look at Guardian app.

1 ★ News articles not updating again, updated app to the latest version - still nothing. I'm wondering how they won the award they claim they received for best app in the world or something, coz clearly there's nothing cutting edge about it. Thoroughly annoyed now!
1 ★ Why is the app not updating news. Last news update was 8 days ago. And no one seems to be hearing our complaints. Why not just terminate the app if you aren't going to help us
