2 ★ Netgear is just trying to sell another useless cloud. The concept is copy and paste from different vendors. They tried also to implement discovery protocol which to me is in beta stage...
1 ★ The APP does not work. After spending money on a Netgear product you are unable to use the app unless you pay there ransom. Hand over your personal information in order to use a product that is rightfully yours. NETGEAR is not a recommended product. This is fraudulent!
1 ★ Trash. doesn't work! I can't even create an account. Says my pass word is invalid as soon as i type 1 letter. Get a better app developer I'm giving 1 more try them I'll return this modem
2 ★ having troubles at the moment... just keeps saying "tap ok to complete set up" but I have done that a few times now
1 ★ Buggy as all heck, communicating with devices is hit or miss at best.
1 ★ The manual for my switch says to download this. I download it, then the app says my device isn't compatible. Waste of my time.
1 ★ Garbage. You don't even need this app, it's just a cash grab. It won't even work properly unless you pay for it. Save yourself the frustration and don't download this.
1 ★ I can't open it because it says it needs to be updated. But when I come to play store here, it only says open, there is no update. Why do you do this?

1 ★ Crapware, subscription only. Offers no real value even with subscription for ReadyNAS. I don't get it. Edit: I don't need help. Your business model needs help. I use NAS Utils app which offers a lot more functionality than this subscription based nonsense with no added value.
1 ★ If your trying this as a Meraki alternative (for switches), I will be polite: Netgear has given themselves many opportunities for improvement/growth, when comparing to the competition (managing network switches, since that's all I currently is it for). I'm not too pleased. Tedious, slow, poorly implemented. Hoping they completely rebuild from the ground up soon. Great idea, poor execution.
2 ★ I've been happy with the app itself but overall the netgear ecosystem has turned to garbage. The orbi specific app doesn't work at all anymore and this insight dashboard keeps on showing error notifications from my orbi. I tried customer support which amounts to just resetting everything and waiting for the issue to resurface later. It's been years and I'm doubting netgear will actually look into a root cause fix.
3 ★ Updated this due to assistance received. Use to love this app over the Orbi app. But not presently. Although the app worked great, there are inconsistencies with it. Recently, it had shown there were no clients connected although there were over 20. Unfortunately, this part is still ongoing.

3 ★ Like it but, there's no way to add other netgear products to Insight, if there were I might subscribe. Very limited in updating info, cannot add IP details for devices that Insight cannot get
