2 ★ Many false alarms, dings on your phone every 5 minutes. When you try to go live, getting status takes forever, once over 15 minutes. Another time, someone broke into our backyard at night, the video quality was so bad, we were not abled to see the person's facial features AND the recording stopped after 13 seconds!!! There has to be something better out there. Had good reviews from Customers Report. Makes you wonder... AND, access to recordings only lasts 1 week. Even saved and shared videos.

4 ★ Placement of music and emergency buttons!? I live in great fear that I will be trying to expand the picture and hit the wrong button and start music in the baby's room and wake her up. Now they've added an emergency call button in the same vicinity. Move the expand picture button away from all that stuff! Thank you! Also living for the day you add picture in picture.

1 ★ I've had the arlo wireless security system for 3 weeks now, and I've had to reset the base station about twice a week because it keeps going offline. I also have to take down my camera's to bring them inside to re-add them to the base station. My internet connection is just fine, so it has nothing to do with that. I'm going with a different wireless security system next month. please don't waste your money on arlo wireless camera's! Arlo is the absolute worst!!!

Have more fun watching my game than Hunting them. harvested nice Bu k last Season due to Arlo. saw him the night before I decided to go Hunt he was chasing Doe Deer in front of the Camera. I knew when he would be there got in my stand and within 10 minutes Action started. I brought it to a successful conckusion. I had a severe medical issue afterwards and someone stole my Camera. I was devastated but finally managed to purchase a new one.

3 ★ arlo pro 2 . the activity zones feature blows. doesnt work at all. all the constant notifications a re 3 annoying and I find myself checking the camera each time I get one because I'm in fear of unwanted lurkers or people at my apartment building. the subscription sucks aswell. I paid and got the lowest level..i thought that would enable me to set the activity zones and actually work.nope. and it messed up my cameras. they stopped recording .other than that the camera is ok for the price.

1 ★ the service has frighteningly gone horribly down hill. push notifications no longer work, and I've uninstalled/reinstalled as well as factory reset. Arlo blames android updates and yet it seems like their programming has become lazy. I used to boast about how great this was compared to Nest, but it currently looks like they are killing off this product line. Check reddit r/arlo to see that a ton of people have had various problems with Arlo. I would hold off until Netgear proves that they care.

2 ★ Activity zones do not work. I receive tons on notifications outside activity zones which drain battery on both camera & phone. I have decreases sensitivity and still persists. I put it to notify person or animal but it notifies me of every motion. Cameras take more than 1 minute to connect if it even connects, not consistent, by that time event passed. App is easy to use I just wish it actually worked. Tech support was no help. Was told they would call be back after investigating, never did.

3 ★ Slow to load. I have some of the fastest smartphones available, and the fastest home network money can buy, but it can still take over a minute to load a view from the cameras. Love video is delayed, and saved video from the constant recording feature is never synced properly, its off by several minutes.

3 ★ seems the videos it records are not properly timed. I pull I to drive way get out of car then walk out of camera view. I then get an alert that shows me leaving camera view, doesn't show me pulling in nor getting out of car. Now if I stand and wait it will sometimes record my presence. At this point not a very useful security device.

3 ★ This app is "ok" it has solid functionality but consistently loses it authentication (token) access. This causes a time out on log in, resulting in a need to reset all passwords to get the app to work again. There is no rhyme or reason to the reset. Annoying to say the least.

1 ★ Since the 7/16/19 update at exactly midnight Arlo Baby night vision shuts off and loses connectivity. The camera makes the shutter noise as it transfers to day vision. The screen goes black and then it won't connect again for a while. This only happened since the update so I highly doubt it's our WiFi. Arlo Support, please fix the glitch.

1 ★ Sucks. Initially got great coverage, even my mailman. All cameras working. Then, when at work, tune in on fone, & find ALL my cameras disabled ! Had to reboot. That has been the story time after time. And that initial GREAT view ? Gone. ... Now rewriting rest of review. WHEN YOU CONTACT SUPPORT, THEY ACCESS YOU & CAMERAS !! Have had to reboot cameras not recording, & one camera is not mine at all.. constantly being monitored... the right small 'camera on' icon is always ON.

4 ★ Essentially the only wireless battery powered game in town. Overall quite good and no subscription fee. App is buggy, drains battery in geofencing mode and tends to create multiple notifications due phone setting cloud backups. The video starts about one second after motion detection. Those are mostly nitpicking as it does work when needed and it works well.

3 ★ Overall the camera seems to work when it wants. If im out of town and someone is watching my house they appear in my yard. Doesn't show them walking in or out. Kind of just works when it wants to. For all I know someone could be having a party at my home and I would have no clue!

1 ★ Constantly develops viewing/login problems and you cant get help, new password, etc. I see others with same problems. Token expired is the latest, plus page is unstable when you try to do anything on it. So much frustration! Reading other customer complaints reassures me that it is you, not me.
