2 ★ Although I get constant notifications (that I don't want) the widget and the main UI tell me I have zero CO2 in my room. I'm guessing the update broke the app or that my sensor has mysteriously broken. Hoping the situation improves soon
1 ★ Can't connect. It says the device is powering up then after a long time says can't connect to device, with a retry button. I have retried many times with the same result. The device glows blue when I turn it on.
4 ★ Nice app but lacks a few useful features. Being able to download data to a spreadsheet would be really useful. As far as I can see this is not possible on the Android app. Also, an IFTTT, Alexa or Google home skill would be handy. I know this device is said to work with Homekit, but not all of us are Apple users. Otherwise this is a really useful app that, if the advice given is followed, makes the air you breath in your home/office much healthier!
2 ★ The information collection by the device is good, but the app is pretty ho-hum, and has some pretty inane comments, as though everyone has air-conditioning / humidifiers / de-humidifiers in their home. This would also be better if it connected to the weather station app. Then I could see data from all my collection points in one location. Mayne then, it also might not suggest opening a window for a few minutes because it is too humid and hot inside, when it is far worse outside.
1 ★ Changes to notification settings are not saved, making it impossible to stop the app from spamming. Other than that it works fine (update: when it actually works. Often get "no internet connection" message... also not possible to get a reading when you want to - you have to wait for the app to decide to update). Also, on the netatmos help center page I cannot get any help as the send message button does not do anything...
1 ★ I am a proud user of Netatmo Thermostat, which works great, but really disapointed from Home Coach that still doesnt support IFTTT (after 2,5 years of user requests). User is forced to buy more expensive Weather station, even the outdoor module could be useless. On the other hand Healthy Home Coach works fine, measurement is accurate.
4 ★ Due to software bug the device's bluetooth was disabled. Therefore connection not possible anymore. Reset of device is not working. Can't connect via direct wifi on Android, as alternative to bluetooth. No possibility to connect manually to device. No connection via USB. In summary: Made the device useless. Finally, the helpline helped me to get access via USB using the Netatmo Wizard. After the new setup via USB the device is working again.
5 ★ After some initial issues with the app (see my previous review below), it's now working as expected. Display of historical data is useful and responsive. Support was supportive and helpful.
1 ★ No internet connection. Funnily enough the push notifications always come through but the main app UI itself always days no internet connection
2 ★ Buggy. Won't sync (after 3 days of working fine) but will send notifications when I physically press the machine. Currently continues to send notifications to my phone so have to uninstall. Fix your buggy program.
2 ★ Notifications are not working on Android (Galaxy S9 with Android pie). I enabled everything but still no. On my wife's iPhone they work with no issues.
1 ★ App is almost useless as it rarely updates the data anymore. Most of the time i'm greeted with "no connection - retry" page.
3 ★ Display the values. That's it! Feels like the app is designed for small children or IOS users.
5 ★ im new to this app, & for its 1st time use its looks very good, does exactly what it says it does on the description. works for me so thanks netatmo. 5stars, for easy of set up, for ease of use. for so far reliable. thanks...
2 ★ Data seems good but disappointed with the lack of data export (there's no way to export any of it)
