ENERGY USE INFORMATION
-View your projected monthly bill amount
-Track your current, daily, weekly and monthly energy use

-Fingerprint login to view your real-time account balance, payment due date, balance details

1 ★ App is great once you actually get into it. Every single time I try to log in and pay my bill I have to reset my password. Like I've actually reset my password and tried to log back In The same day and had to reset it again. And now it won't open because it's telling me I need to update the app. But there is no update available. Wth.
2 ★ I used to love the app do to the convenience but not when i open the app I get stuck at the blue fpl sign......before that I'd get the fpl sign then leave the app when I was tired of waiting then it'll randomly open when I'm on something else. Please fix the app!!
1 ★ Turning off my power for $10 past due is ridiculous. I borrowed $40 just to pay this and power still off after 4 hours. Seems illegal to shut off power without even sending a notice.
1 ★ The App is Great. The Stupid "Enjoying FPL?" Request to Rate the App is the problem. I'm TRYING to USE the App - but I'm harassed to rate it, and the rating thing causes the app to freeze. PLEASE fix this.
1 ★ Downloaded to report an outage. Only choice is complete or partial. Does not give options for downed wire, flickering lights etc ... useless! Deleted
4 ★ Everything is good on the app except for the payment that you're not able to make using a Credit/Debit Card.
5 ★ Super easy to set up an account online. Clear and easy written communications about getting service started, payment options and access to provider.
1 ★ Prior to now this app provided everything I needed, i.e.; Bill pay, view bill, account management, yearly & monthly stats of usage, plus more. However, now, the app will not open. I can't use it anymore. I'm using FPL online right now. I really liked the app. I hope it will be accessible soon. My phone is a Galaxy Fold (2019), fairly new.
5 ★ Excellent App. I am able to see and whatever I need without contacting the live customer service.
5 ★ I love the app and alerts. If a power outage occur it's great. I don't have to call for an hour to hear what's happening.

1 ★ Has worked great in the past . Now tells me to update it constantly . Come here to the app store and you can't update. You have to Uninstaller and reinstall
1 ★ Tried to update the app (because it's making me update it) but it keeps running me around in a circle. Unable to update. Fix this bug and I'll fix my review. 😠
5 ★ Using the FPL app is much better than calling the automated system! That automated system is horrendous not human friendly! I just wish the FPL app could truly answer all my questions, because if you are trying to speak with a human being, that is nearly impossible!🙄😒
2 ★ Horrible....does not give option to pay by card easily. Can't save info. Can't set up profile. Not use friendly.
