Allows an application to receive the ACTION_BOOT_COMPLETED that is broadcast after the system finishes booting.

Allows an application to write to external storage.

Allows read only access to phone state, including the phone number of the device, current cellular network information, the status of any ongoing calls, and a list of any PhoneAccounts registered on the device.

Allows an application to read from external storage.

Allows access to the vibrator.

Allows using PowerManager WakeLocks to keep processor from sleeping or screen from dimming.

Allows applications to access information about Wi-Fi networks.

2 ★ I've been using this app since its original release. I love being able to get weather in an instant or updates on stories (such as the wildfires here). EDIT: What happened??? Update, no I can't open it! it keeps saying "timed out"!

1 ★ So many ridiculous alerts now. Way over the top. I turn off all notifications and alerts, but your app turns them all back on. I get 20 to 30 alerts a day because of the virus news. I deleted just to stop it

4 ★ When I installed the NBC Bay Area News app when I downloaded the NBC Bay Area News app I was trying to get ahold of the investigative we respond unit and still have been unable to get a direct phone number and to call them so this is disturbing to me and so far I have not been able to see it in print so thank you bye bye

5 ★ Up to the minute news and weather. Since I watch NBC in the a.m., this is a great way to get the late breaking! The only news channel with Storm Ranger so weather is right on the money.

1 ★ Horrible!!!! Doesnt work. Only errors. Cannot watch live at all. News station has gone pro Communist and anti-capitalist, anti-constitution, anti-liberty. Zero positive Republican coverage.

4 ★ I like the app but can not see it when i get home becuz of our sister company Xfinty no wifi so when that section of the lights went out it cut us off for going on the internet.
