1 ★ Downloaded the app and connected to the coach wifi. Watched 30 mins of a film before it crashed and I've now had a "oops you'e not connected to wifi" message for the past 2 hours despite posting this message using the very same wifi. Shame the wifi speed is not good enough to watch Netflix.

1 ★ I stopped traveling on national express coach as this app doesn't let me use WiFi anymore. It was better without this app. Being a software developer I couldn't make it work, what can I say about others! #Fail

2 ★ Unorganized UI, unattractive content and unwelcome ads. I hope it could be improved because so far BBC iPlayer works better for on-board entertainment than it does.

1 ★ Very little content to watch if you commute by coach. You'd probably watch everything you wanted to very quickly. WiFi hardly ever works and when it does it's so slow its not worth bothering with.

1 ★ To the developers... sort out the repeated issues that are told by many customers. I too, am experiencing a frustrating issue. The WiFi seemingly works fine, and vuer opens up instantly but then nothing loads up, all I can do is select home or go into various categories but no content is displayed for me to watch. I really got my hopes up as well to watch Star Wars on my journey.

1 ★ Terrible app... Doesn't work at all it either says that you're not connected to the Wi-Fi or it's a blank white screen... DON'T waste your time

1 ★ Just doesn't even work. As soon as I open the app it crashes. In the small event that it does open properly, it won't load any videos or their thumbnails. To be honest I'd rather use up all my data streaming Netflix. I bet the entire system is just a raspberry pi with movies on it being used as a WiFi hotspot. It is simply horrible. I would not recommend. ☹️

4 ★ OK, I'll review the App itself rather than the WiFi or whether the coach it is working properly first. So, assuming you got on the coach and the WiFi has let you connect, then the (presumably Raspberry PI type device with a couple of hundred GB of storage is running properly then you should be OK. The app itself is well laid out and easy to use. It slightly resembles a NetFlix app page so it is easy to pick from the suggested stuff or to get into categories and choose from a more extensive range. There isn't a huge amount there since it must be locally served from the coach (it can't be anything else since even if the coach was bristling with 4g antennas there isn't any way it can serve up streaming video to 20-40 people.over the internet). I have now watched 2 movies while on coaches and while sometimes there were a few blocky artefacts during big action sections due to compression, there were no pauses for buffering and the movies started up pretty quickly. The downside is that so far it has only worked on half my journeys. Backend issues need fixing.

1 ★ Simply doesn't work. Registration screen loads up ok. Fill in details, hit submit, and then...... Nothing happens. I honestly don't know why companies bother with rubbish like this. Customers simply want WiFi and none of this drivel. Why is it so hard?

1 ★ The film's are outdated, tv series only consist of 1/2 episodes and that's if you can load up the app to see what it has to offer. Wifi was appalling and couldn't open up the app multiple times due to no connection

1 ★ Terrible!! Very poor choice of viewing, backed up by the slowest wifi on the planet. I turned off wifi and used my data. App uninstalled immediately!!

1 ★ Despite being connected to WiFi, just simply doesn't work, and says I am not connected. Uninstalling because its really just a waste of storage.

1 ★ Upon first use, it's telling me I'm not connected to Wi-Fi, when I'm connected to national express Wi-Fi! Not good

1 ★ For the first 30 mins managed to watch a film then nothing, saying I was not connected to the internet when emails where coming though. Nice idea but needs major improvements for it to work.

1 ★ Useless app that doesn't work even when you are connected to the coach's WiFi. Won't be using national express again purely for this reason - advertised as part of the service you get for the ticket you are paying for and everyone says it doesn't work, complain and nothing gets done. Really bad
