1 ★ Can't login. Please fix bugs. I just purchased the CPT program and was looking forward to using the app.

2 ★ It was working great until today. It does not move from logo start-up.

1 ★ Please fix this app. I can't get into my account without it saying error.

1 ★ Do not buy this app. First of al lits missing tons of basoc exercises that are hust part of the nasm manual. Second its dofficult to create a list of workouts and modify. Also i subscibed a month and it charged me a while year. And so far noone ive spoken to can get me a refund. Dont bother with this app. Not only is it set up to steel aparently but it is also the worst ive seen for setup.

2 ★ This app is pretty awful. It looks good, it sounds good, if you're a NASM trainer it looks perfect.... But it's not. The scheduling feature is just terrible. The app glitches constantly. There are hundreds of basic exercises that are missing. And you don't have a way to include an exercise if one isn't in the app, even just by writing it in, never mind uploading your own which every other decent training app allows. It's a pretty useless app. I expected better from NASM.

1 ★ This app started off okay. I was so excited and hopeful to all I thought it had to offer. For some reason within the last month it has stopped working. I contacted both the app owners and Google and neither can solve the issue. Instead they keep pointing the finger towards one another. I have deleted and downloaded, canceled and restored as of any other suggestion made by company and google. Truly a waste of my money, paid for but is unable to use it. Very disappointed

3 ★ It's not bad as far as it goes, but it's got some serious limitations. The exercise library is not great, TBH; i can't add things like weighted sled pushes, hammer slams, tire flips, or battle ropes to a client workout, because they aren't in the library. There doesn't seem to be a lot of the CrossFit-style exercises at all, which is unfortunate. I don't see a way to track the weights a client is using. There isn't a way to fully customize workouts, and there are only a few 4 day/week plans in their basic plans; of you want a client in the gym 6 days/week, you have to cobble together and customize multiple plans. There's no support at all from what i can see for traditional cardio work (running, stairs, rowing, etc.). That said, assuming you see your clients 3-4x/week, this can be a good way to fill in their remaining days, and give them video walkthroughs. It's not great, but it's not awful either; it just needs more development. EDIT: The inability to delete clients, or to edit client contact information is a *huge* drawback.

3 ★ Update: It's a pretty good start. Little frustrating with adding photos of your client. Sometimes it closes the app. It would be nice if you could add a custom workout without having to select one from the library. I.e. burpees. I can't create a specific one for that because it's not in the library. In addition, with stats like weight or miles in distance, it would be SUPER if a decimal point could be added. Maybe 2 miles is too little & 3 is too much. Being able to add 0.5 would be awesome.

1 ★ I had high hopes for this app. Got a couple new clients on board just to try it out, which almost made it worth the headache, but I could have done that anyways. You're stuck with the template programs they have. Sure, you can edit exercises within that template, but you can't create anything 100% custom. On top of that, the exercises they have are extremely limited and the search feature is not very helpful. I even gave them the benefit of the doubt, thinking, "Hey, it's new, there are gonna be some kinks." Emailed support about the issues I was having, so they would be aware and be able to work towards fixing it. Absolutely no response. I much prefer my clients getting an Excel sheet with links to videos, at least that way I can give them what they need. Better than that I moved them to a different app, with better functionality and the option to upload new exercise videos. We're all much happier having moved AWAY from Edge.

2 ★ I like the lower price for the subscription and the overall look and feel, but I still feel it is limited in what it can do. I would like to have the NASM program sheets in this app to where I can type out the exercise and the description of the exercise, the phase the client is in and any notes to and from my client. If were supposed to use the app to manage our clients then we need to have the additional functionality to do so.

3 ★ The app is cool overall. It's nice to have a trainer app that matches my training modalities. However, I would like to be able to 1. use other exercises for beginner-level clients such as machines, 2. delete former clients, 3. accept payments, and 4. have assessments and docs such as the parQ fillable on the client's end as well. $20/mo seems to be the average cost of apps that offer most of those features. Thanks!

3 ★ Updated lower pricing is not showing on my subscriptions page...? 1/7/19 - NOPE! I cancelled my subscription to avoid being charged another $129. I do not see any option labeled "details" and where there was previously a "manage subscriptions" option, that is now no longer visible. I would gladly pay $25/mo. even though the app only provides minimal benefit, but apparently your developement team needs to do a little more work! 😡

1 ★ I was extremely excited to find this app, especially since I am NASM certified. However, I was extremely disappointed in the lack of options provided. Also, when you put in different personal profiles, with completely different body types and goals, it provided the exact same workouts. As a trainer and a gym enthusiast, it was not useful for me at all. I really want to get back my $27.05 I was charged. I canceled my subscription and uninstalled the app. I have no desire to keep accessing it.

1 ★ This app has potential but is currently unusable. It is very buggy, freezes up, and won't let you adjust things the way you are supposed to be able to. If it was working I'm sure I would love it after the slight learning curve but it's very time consuming to set up custom workouts currently with how buggy it is and not even worth the free one client version.

2 ★ There is so much potential with this app and I'm glad NASM has taken the initiative to develop one for clients and trainers. There are a few issues that most be noted. The exercise library is great, yet the organization of it is a nightmare. Close to a thousand exercises just organized by alphabetical order? Why not organize this more? Why not by primary movers or muscle groups, MAYBE even categorize them by hash tags so that exercises can be grouped easier (#SAQ Training, #HIIT etc)
