4 ★ I've dealt with NAPA Auto Parts as mechanic, shop owner and now a retired consumer this app is very helpful and acurate.
5 ★ An excellent app to compare prices on auto repair and parts!
4 ★ Everything works as it should. Only 4 stars because it's setup like the website with the same flaws. Poor filter choices and slow, choppy servers when making selections or going back a page or the 2 big ones. The ability to select all choices on my vehicles options ONCE when adding it to garage would be nice. Don't ask me if I have a 4 door or 4x4 when looking for parts if I already took the time to add it to the garage.
4 ★ Results are slow loading, site should have some indication that a search is in progress, so the customer does not press "go" a second time there by slowing the search even further. There is no indication of the number of items are available in the store you are shopping. I have completed my pickup in-store order numerous times only to have the store call me to tell me that all the products were not available. The results of the searches are accurate and the prices are good.
1 ★ This app and online site are terrible. They advertise a sale and the item even lists that the item is eligible but when you enter the code in the cart it doesn't discount the item. For instance, the latest sale is 20% off of brakes and much more. I chose 2 rotors and an oxygen sensor. The oxygen sensor was discounted by 20% but the rotors were not. I had this problem before.
5 ★ App does what it says it does. Allows you to easily find parts for your vehicle and place your order. The "bucket" sale promo and other discounts are a real money saver. Love Napa auto parts.
3 ★ This app is really nice and easy to use... but when I ever I purchase something for store pickup, it's not in stock and typically not available. I would think this app would have a way to connect to the stores inventory. I've wasted a few trips because of this. The employees at both stores in my town tell me not to trust the app. It is convenient to look up part numbers but that is about it. It's too bad and needs some work
2 ★ Never wants to open. Closes unexpectedly. Easier to use browser
2 ★ I have used the app for the last 2 years with no problem. Recently it has started to request verification due to suspicious activity. I buy parts for 10 plus vehicles and its becoming frustrating , do you guys want me to buy parts or not. It would be nice if vehicles could be saved and see parts purchase history pertaining to each vehicle. P.S The more user friendly and feature fill the app becomes the more money i could spend in your stores
3 ★ The pages look allot better than how it function. It didn't notify you with any confirmation of touching something. Maybe a page will load out of the blue as you've grazed something. Sometimes pages don't load the menu then nothing happens no matter how many times touched. Flakey.
1 ★ They have meshed non vehicles specific items with v/sp items causing constant problems selecting items. The app is really hard to navigate through and it gives me false info on the selected vehicle I am looking up parts on. It becomes extremely confusing when trying to order parts at the napa store. The older versions were much smoother.
4 ★ would be a great upgrade if it had more options to filter search results. At least be able to filter what is stocked in a particular store. If you want to order items online, say a spray lubricant, the app returns hundreds of items.
5 ★ Great app runs fast and find what your looking for
1 ★ Do a search they show all these parts that are marked as fit your vehicle then you look in product details and none of the fit. Fitment chart says does not fit your vehicle. Get it together people of all parts store apps this is by far the worst.
1 ★ Installed, did a parts search, got an error that "something went wrong." There was no back button or home button or menu. Reopening the app didn't help, reinstalling didn't help. It was just stuck. I like my local Napa store but I'd hoped the app would make it more convenient. . .meh.
