2 ★ App is work for a moment and then it was auto stop. I had connetd again and again. But it's not long and run out of my HUAWEI ph of chinna brand. Could u explain me that error. With thanks.

1 ★ I need a specific server location, but sadly the app doesn't have any option for that, I have to search manually every time.

1 ★ Garbage, it first connects to server with 50ms latency and then when I came back to the app it was switched to a server with 300ms latency. How does this work? It doesn't even connect properly

3 ★ App needs "favorite location" feature (especially since the big red button to connect to a random server rarely works). Aside from that, the protocol used is a bit dated (now that the service it's built on top of employs the faster "Lightway" protocol), and a number of services do not work with it–namely Netflix. BUT, on the whole, it's not a bad VPN service. It's cheap, it works most of the time... I just wish they'd update things to add favorite location and work on increasing speed. 🙏

5 ★ best vpn service I have ever found for Mainland China. Awesome. Just love it. Hope they will continue the service in such way.

3 ★ Drop consistently when using multiple devices on one account. Android drops mostly. Then its time consuming to log in with a verification code! Drops when online. Drops when turn phone off. Drops.

4 ★ I had some problems initially, where it just wouldn't connect at all right after install. But it seems to be working fine now. I think there's still a few app kinks to be worked out, and the design could be a little better, but there's definitely promise here, and the service is a great price. The actual servers themselves also seem pretty decent, and worked flawlessly for my router set up first time (though that's not the app, but their underlying network). So actually, not bad!

3 ★ it was working great until recently where an update broke it and it is now requiring that you log in ever time you want to use it. this is an inconvenience and support told me there is no eta for the fix. disappointed. trying to get my money back. i just used it like a month and a half. to have this issue I can try one of the free ones. once they fix this issue i think it is a good product.

5 ★ Clean interface and works well. Unfortunately you can't exclude apps from going thru VPN - e.g. for local printing, or access to local file shares, or Chromecast. This means I have to keep manually connecting and disconnecting the VPN. For this reason I will be moving back to another app for Android. I may continue to use the service on my home router...if I don't find a better VPN package.

2 ★ This app was great, until recently. Now it rarely connects and sometimes I have to log out and back in to get it to function at all. Namecheap is so good at what they do, but the team on their VPN needs to get serious about this product. The windows version is still a joke too, unfortunately.

4 ★ Easy to use. It shows current connection speed as a notification (on Android 9). Works great with Android 9's native VPN support. Goes through it's own DNS, but when disconnected your device will go back to your DNS setup. Recommend purchasing the service directly on their website. One gripe: needs an adaptive icon!!
