1 ★ It crashes all the time. I didn't even know if my order had gone through. Now it sends me notifications and crashes when I try to open them. You also can't buy sauce through the app, which is odd. I really want to like this app, because I love Soul Burger, but even its basic functions don't seem to work properly.
4 ★ love this app! makes ordering and paying so easy. my only issue is that it doesn't let me preorder, so I always have to order in store and pay in store, but that doesn't bother me. love the reward system. thank you soul burger!
1 ★ TERRIBLE. I travelled out of my way to try the vegan burgers and use the $10 credit and it will not apply to the order. The staff are absolutely no help and just say they don't know, to extremely disappointed.
1 ★ This app is hot garbage. Tells me it can't deliver to an address soul burger says it can deliver to. Requires registration, your phone number, and a credit card details all BEFORE you can even see the food menu. Avoid this like the plague! 😡
1 ★ Convoluted and lengthy sign up process only to find they don't deliver to my area. Happy to ask for my location and credit card details first though.
1 ★ This is one of the worst apps I have ever used. Constant bugs and poor design choices. Please either fix your app or use one of the delivery partners. I imagine this app costs you quite a bit of a business.
