1 ★ Mind-bogglingly breathtakingly inconceivably stupid calendar interface. No way to type in or jump to a given date. The only offered input option is to swipe right month by month. Do the math for how many swipes it takes to input the birthdate of someone over 60...
1 ★ Kyla is SLOW, buggy AF, then slow to make corrections because of it's bugs (trying to enter my birthdate took 10 minutes and several retries). Then it assumes that your email is on the phone as well to receive a verification code -- and anyone who knows anything about security will not have email on their phone. The people writing this clearly have some priority other than customers or quality. And my urgent care clinic now requires checkin on this horrid app and won't work around it!
1 ★ Bad user interface. They ask for a lot of personal information. No way to correct information. No guarantee of getting service. No matching web interface. Failed to verify my insurance. No way to delete account.
3 ★ Whenever there is an update, I get an in-app notification and button to go to the Play store to download the update. However, following the link to the Play store does not show an "update" option, so I have to uninstall and re-download the app. This has happened for the last 2 updates.
1 ★ Useless user interface. Works only you can answer every question with the answers they think are the answers. Too complicated for basis appointment task. And then no customer support numbers. If you click Help/Support it opens up email.
1 ★ Terrible app. 40 mins and 5 tries later, I'm still creating an account. Takes me back to the sign up page randomly in between and have to start all over again.
5 ★ I having a test every Thursday at the location close to Mission Dolores. The staff very helpful and efficient. Keep it as long as possible. GOD BLESS US ALL. I am still going every Thursday. Very helpful people and nice. I have never had an inconvenience if any kind. As I said before, please keep it as long as possible. Nice weekend. The Holy Week is coming.
1 ★ Horrible experience, based off friends suggestion I loaded app. Used to schedule my covid test. They say results 24-48 hrs for results at 95$.. I needed results fast due to being exposed to someone who confirmed to have covid. Customer service said my results weren't process because of weekend. There is no mention of that when they took my 95$..
1 ★ Stay away. Bad ui, difficult to understand, difficult to edit. The chat only gives you options to select, very difficult to type text. Unable to delete my personal info, no option to delete account.
1 ★ Virtual visits don't work in the app
2 ★ Aap is severely bugged on Android. Kyla can't hold a conversation, the AI keeps getting stuck, and you have to reload the app multiple times in order to get a response, and then half the time you won't be able to respond back to Kyla.
1 ★ Horrible app. Using the app always makes the check in process longer and more painful, compared to the days when there is no such app.
1 ★ Takes the "urgent" *out* of urgent care. First, it's completely unusable on Android. The latest Pixel phones can't run it. The ridiculous slot machine style D.O.B. selection GRINDS TO A HALT after a few seconds and cannot be spun. Please get rid of that nonsense. It's in the way. There is NOTHING WRONG with a simple text field. The office staff gave me their iPad to try. Well the D.O.B. slot machine actually works. Guess the devs are Apple fans. More issues, but I cant fit them in this review.
1 ★ Terrible app. It asks you to update to the new version and after doing so and click "open" on the updated version...it asks you to update again. Neverending loop. Lousy.
1 ★ Used this app in the past and it worked about a year and a half ago. Now it barely functions. Can't schedule anything because the chat bot doesn't work.
